The chipotle wings.... they were pretty good!

I stand corrected!! There is something in this small airport... you just have to walk further down. Core Brewing is located just past gate 7 in the Rogers / Bentonville airport. With it being a small airport it is good to find this cool little pub is in here. The location isn't big but it has its own beer line, food options, lots of tvs and nice service! I like darker beer so I tried a sample of the Hazel nut brown... pass! It was weird tasting. Like a squirrel had washed its hands in it after gathering nuts in the park. I went with their red instead and it was a good beer! We ordered the edamame and the guacamole for apps. I DON'T EAT GUACAMOLE (disgusting stuff and I won't touch it), but the edamame was good especially with a bit of sriracha sauce on them! I then had their wings... they were not the best I have ever had but they were good! Especially for airport wings! 6 wings with a very nice sauce that was spicy and tangy but not blisteringly hot. They delicious! I liked the spot... the service was nice, the space was cool, the selection of beer was good, and this location was open longer then anything else here. I know where I'll be eating when I come here again.

Best bloody in the state. Ask for Marvin, he's a bloody magician! And yes, you have to go through TSA first

Excellent location in terminal A. Alyssa took excellent care of us during our layover; allowing us to sample any of the beers we were interested in. The beers, by the way, are excellent; all relatively low ABVs. The jalapeño chicken sliders were tasty, all ingredients were fresh.

    Fun menu!

If you're flying out on a Sunday Night, this place is great! They stay open until the last flight goes out. Every other eatery was closed when I arrived at 6:30 pm. The menu is fun - the food was just OK. The street tacos, two of them, did not come with chips (as was stated in previous review), no cilantro, no crema. I also ordered a side salad and the pickled Red onion mixture was delish. Would have loved the lettuce cut into smaller pieces, but very fresh and tasty overall. My Sprite was flat but everyone else was drinking beer, so that's what I would recommend. Super chill atmosphere and very nice wait staff.

Inside the airport, it's very welcoming! We flew out on a Friday. No pale ale. No wheat beer. It was frustrating they were so limited and on St. Patty's Day! We really love trying local microbrews when traveling. I had a raspberry lager. It was good but came to $9! I got chicken sliders for lunch and they were some unidentifiable chicken patty. I would not suggest them. Lime guacamole was decent. Service was ok. I don't know if they need more help or something else? My beer cost more than my main entree. My other travelers in my group were not impressed with the service or food. I would do a beer again and guac but, that's it. There's not much choices in the airport but, we wish we would of ate at the other main restaurant. It left us a bit disappointed.

    Chopped Salad that's not chopped.

Good eats and brews before a flight. A great, friendly staff. They could teach a course on busy but efficient and friendly.

Love the atmosphere, cool place, great bartenders and yummy wine. Wish the wine glasses were bigger and they served food.

It's a great combination of flavors, and the steak pairs really well with the feta and roasted garlic. The pizza itself is excellent. The crust is tender with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven--crispy on the outside while still soft inside. The whole place has a fun, energetic vibe with cycling decor throughout, friendly staff, and a menu that goes beyond pizza with a variety of solid pub food options. The seating also wasn't terribly comfortable. Just didn't make for an ideal dining experience but if the food and service were good I'd be fine with all that. The service was adequate the food slightly less so. The cauliflower couldn't be any more bland and the spinach and mushroom pizza was meh. Another ridiculous complaint is that all the plates and serving dishes are metal and just keep spinning as you try to serve from them or on them. The thing I'm theoretically most impressed with is the variety of vegan offerings, usually a bonus as we are vegetarians. As it happens we didn't order from the vegan menu as our app and pizza were both vegetarian which meets our needs.

The atmosphere is pleasant and it's not super loud which is nice so we can talk during dinner. Our waitress was on top of her game tonight. She took drink order and was back in a flash with craft beer, wine , and a sweet tea! We then ordered. I had the smash burger double patty and fries. My best friend had the fish and chips. My best friends wife had the cheeseburger and fries The food was out super quick and it was super hot!!!! The food was great. The fries are flat and thin and that was the table favorite. All the food was good. The only thing we would change would maybe toast the buns of the hamburgers. When you arrive there is parking around the square or in the lot to the side of the restaurant. As I mentioned earlier it feels like an upscale pub when you walk in, but this is also a historic building. Tusk & Trotter sits where Sam Walton's original general office and warehouse was located. We sat in the bar area as we also stopped by the restaurant during happy hour. For food we started with the Arkansas Fritters (Ralston Family Farms rice with ground beef, house-made sausage, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, dill & lemon chipotle remoulade & chow chow) which were packed with so much flavor. For our entrees we ordered where the Buffalo roam (Sayersbrook Bison Ranch patty, brioche bun, cheddar, swiss, bacon, chipotle aioli, over easy egg & LTOP) which is definitely the highlight with a side of fries.
