I attend Kim W's class on Sunday nights, and always leave feeling much better in body and mind than when I arrived. Her knowledge of anatomy, yoga philosophy, along her ability to modify a pose based on student challenges or restrictions makes every class fantastic. Kim's approach is very traditional (no music or essential oils); she instead focuses on leading students inward to focus on their practice without distraction. This workout is exactly the kind I look forward to. All movements are targeted, intentional, and do not strain your joints, as you are actively working against your own body weight. There is an instructor for every personality and ability but my favorite is Karlie. She wants to know everyone's name and if you have anything that would require modification. She consistently reminds you of your breath work and why it's important. Membership can be on the pricier side but it's the only workout I know I will stick to.

I appreciated that the front desk and shopping area was separated by a door, so the studio where you work out was more private. Class wasn't interrupted by front desk answering phone or greeting a member like it has been at other studios. Plenty of space to store your stuff during class. Studio was also clean. Music was good and at a good volume. Equipment was in excellent condition. Class was just challenging enough for a Level 1. Sometimes I'm worried it'll be too easy when I go down a level (I'm experienced with Pilates), but it wasn't too easy. I'll be back here for more classes!!
