So far I did 4 classes with her (I haven't tried the other instructor yet but I will soon ) and each time there was someone new and she would take her time showing them also. I am now stronger and getting use to the reformer and love doing pilates. I would recommend this place for everyone. I am dragging a few friends to join me this weekend and my husband in a few weeks. Since starting, I've noticed a significant improvement in my core strength along with much less back pain in day-to-day activities. The sessions are both challenging and supportive, and I truly feel stronger and more mobile overall. I especially recommend Lisa O and Melissa -- both are knowledgeable, encouraging, and create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. Their guidance and attention to form have made a noticeable difference in my progress and overall experience. My only cons would be getting access to class until pay cycle and a lack of availability some weeks! The gym is locked 24/7 and only members or staff have access. This makes me extremely safe and at ease when I'm working out early in the morning or late at night and I am one of the few people at the gym. Although the HotWorx app itself could use some updating I do really like that it shows each level you hit based on how many calories you've burned. I feel like tracking my levels and my calories burned compared to the local leadership board motivates me each time I'm in the gym!

We went to the Shelby Twp location, and I…read morehave to say the website is a bit misleading regarding the experience... we got in and were expecting to have 15 minutes in an area designated for drinks and taking pictures before the class started... no such thing. It felt rushed and we just ended up throwing everything on a random table. Also I should note you're only allowed to have one drink per person. Once class was started, our instructor was just making up a routine as she went along so it just felt a bit thrown together. Oh also, website says to bring heels for your final performance but we weren't even allowed to wear heels because it was our first time attending a class. All together, it was a nice experience but I think it should be advertised as more of a workout class rather than a party experience.
