I have asked repeatedly by email for the status of my refund. I have received some responses without any acknowledgment of the refund owed, and my last email has gone unanswered. The office has made no attempt to rectify their mistake. Besides this billing issue, the office left out another service from the insurance claim and though I have asked many times for them to submit the service they have not. In emails they have not acknowledged their omission and have wholly ignored my concern. Working with the office staff has been terrible and I recommend keeping a watchful eye on your billing if you must see a provider here.
