However, as a consequence of this interaction I am now receiving unsolicited spam from a metal roofing supplier site which does not respect "unsubscribe" requests. I work diligently to keep my personal email private and don't appreciate this disregard and misuse of my personal data. Permission to share my information was NOT given.

Unfortunately I have been unable to have Chris correct my fence gate. He texted me on July 9 2024 and stated he would come out and replace some boards that are warped and compromised. I first contacted him on June 4, 2024. I have received no phone calls nor texts since that date and have given up trying. I think the only way for me to be made whole is to go to small claims court. I paid $7,000 and am satisfied with the project except for the gate. Photos show the fence gate and the fencing attached which clearly shows the difference in the quality of wood. I expected more as anyone should.

I had a concern that the shed, which is not in the heat of conditions as it turns 15 this spring, would not hold up to a power washing. Dan said that they had a soft pressure system that they would use on it to ensure it wasn't damaged. I really appreciated how he listened to what we had to say, and then his actions backed up his statements. On top of that his crew also cleaned our coolers on the deck, and the few deck items that had gotten dirty beyond what soap/water would clean. They wanted me to be happy with the work. If we stayed with the original plan of having the workers stay the full 15 hrs, there wouldn't be this issue and I would have $800 back. I didn't want or need a rush job done. I only want to pay $2100. Not $2900. I was willing to pay a few hundred more for additional supplies. Adding more workers was never discussed. I don't think that it's fair or right to throw this fee at me because you added another worker.

I called and the woman told me it may be under warranty ( didn't even think of that) she called me back the next day, sent me pictures of what they had for me to pick from so I didn't have to go to the store. Set up and appointment and replaced the blind and the remote control. They were on time, called me first, put a cloth down before they put the ladder on it Very respectful and polite.
