Had to put in a new starter later because it wasn't working correctly! Put in the new one myself and no problems since! Paid them to do some work on transmission pan for a leak. Had to take it back, because it leaked even more after they worked on it. Said they had a defective torque wrench and supposedly fixed it. Now leaking again and took it to another place and they said bolts weren't torqued right! Had them work on the driveline and rear axle? So my concern is am I going to be driving and have the driveline or axle fall apart? Too bad they won't let me put negative or zero stars for this review.

They did a much overdue tuneup and oil change and repaired a problem with my headlights. They went the extra mile and polished the headlights that had turned yellow with age and I didnt see a charge for it on the invoice.  Truck is now running like a top! The only way they lose a star from me is when it came to signing all the paperwork. Man that process takes a long time. We made a straight clean purchase, no trade in, used their financing. I have perfect credit and had all documents and info at the ready. It still took 3 hours to sign and drive. I had the car insured with a five minute phone call, 30 minutes into the process. There has to be a faster way to buy a car. This is my 3 new car purchase, the time issue is typical, but if somebody doesn't dock them a star every now and then it'll never change. Could not have had a worse experience. Came in to have an…read moreengine ticking and trouble with cold start checked. Service department told us engine needed replaced. (No diagnostic tests run.) Took longer than expected. When we got the car back the A/C wasn't working and making a weird sound and the cold start was STILL a problem. Service department now said the fuel pump was making causing the problem and they could have found it if they had done a diagnostic test, Something that they should have been done before replacing the engine but the technician "didn't see the note about the cold start issue." Service manger was dismissive saying if "Nissan customer care didn't side with us then it wasn't their problem" The car is less than 5 yrs old. You are better off going anywhere else.
