Now leaking again and took it to another place and they said bolts weren't torqued right! Had them work on the driveline and rear axle? So my concern is am I going to be driving and have the driveline or axle fall apart? Too bad they won't let me put negative or zero stars for this review.

Service department now said the fuel pump was making causing the problem and they could have found it if they had done a diagnostic test, Something that they should have been done before replacing the engine but the technician "didn't see the note about the cold start issue." He came up with some BS story that he thought i wanted to test ride one first, which was a complete LIE. When I called him out on it, he said "I'm not going to be talked to like this." Talked to how? Factually and honestly? Casey is the owner's hunting buddy so I'm sure nothing will come of this review. Here are a few adjectives I would use to describe the sales department under Casey's "leadership" or lack thereof: Dishonest, offensive, deceptive, good-ol-boy, disappointing, disingenuous, untrustworthy, irresponsible, arrogant and conniving. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, the waiting area rivals the coffee shops/cafes in the area, and the warm chocolate cookies were the cherry on top. I have gotten a half a dozen vehicles tinted here. Last time they screwed up and lied about it…read moreseveral times. I payed for high quality ceramic tint, they put a cheap carbon tint on my window (which was confirmed by other professional tint shops). I paid for something I did not get, I did not get refunded for the price difference. There was also big problems with the tint: lint behind the tint, scratches in the tint film, and the film being cut too small resulting in daylight coming around the windows. Two of my door panels were sitting on my seat when I came to pick up the vehicle. I put both of them on myself. There were missing trim pieces for the interior of my vehicle. Dave's Glass and Tint DID go to a junkyard to replace these trim pieces in about a week. I reached out to the business, they denied these claims. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau(BBB) and sent photographs, Dave's Glass and Tint stated they would refund me. They never did and have ceased contact with me and the BBB. BBB has been trying to contact Dave's Glass and Tint for four (4) months, but no response. This resulted in Dave's Glass and Tint, no longer being an Accredited Business by the Better Business Bureau. There are quite a few professional tint shops in the area. I recommend going to a high quality tint shop, that cares about doing things right the first time, is willing to fix their mistakes, and not charge you for things you weren't given. I'm typing this on my computer, but if I can add photos from my phone to this review I will do so.

The front end damage to my car (now renamed "Cliff") was pretty substantial and I thought that he was surely a goner. Well he wasn't. The damage was estimated by insurance to be just below a "total loss". My coworkers (and insurance agency) recommended Prestige. Cliff was as good as new within a month. Wonderful matching paint job on the new parts. We heard an odd rattle a week after getting the car back and Prestige was happy to adjust the offending bolt. Owners and staff are very pleasant to deal with, especially after such a terrible ordeal as the accident. Over a year later and all Cliff has to say is "What accident!?" A+ service.

They didn't even start on it, turns out it's gonna be an 2 day kind of thing, now I have to wait another month to bring it back in, 2 months total to fix a wiring issue, hopefully it can get done next time.
