I meet with Cassale (nutritionist) once a week to talk about food - what's working, what's not.     This place is a scam. Cassale sent me a so-called "personalized diet plan" that was not…read morepersonalized at all. She initially told me I should be eating 1,500 calories per day, yet the plan she sent was based on 2,500 calories per day. I also clearly stated that I am allergic to fish, but the diet plan still included fish. When I pointed out these errors, she became defensive instead of apologetic. She insisted the plan was made specifically for me and said she would only fix it if I paid for additional sessions. There was no apology and no attempt to correct her mistakes. I was charged full price for a completely inaccurate and careless plan.
