Food and portion size is great for your money, the service is good and the ambiance is quaint with good deem lighting.

The first time here service was excellent but it was also very slow. For take out, the food was slow but the service taker was good. The last time I went dining in, it was a Friday and they were a little busy but my waitress had no interest in serving me so service was bad. The restaurant itself is adjacent to the casino on the non-smoking side but it is not too noisy in the restaurant itself. The restaurant is always clean and seems to be staffed pretty decently. The food usually comes out relatively fast. I ordered the Hampton roads cheese steak, the prime rib, and the salad, onion rings, and the collard greens and all the food I have eaten has been good. No issues there. The management staff is pretty visible during busy times but don't see them openly helping staff. I think the restaurant is decent for spending your casino points but if I was paying to eat out, I would definitely not spend my money to eat here. Too many places to eat elsewhere that are cheaper and have better, more consistent service.

Half were super greasy so I couldn't eat them. I got the old bay and honey which were also super salty. The service was okay and the restaurant was clean so I am providing a higher rating.

The lamb chops were tasty and cooked to perfection. The oyster Rockefeller was okay. The oysters were small and the bacon overpowered the taste. The sweet praline was full of stringy potatoes. The shop stopper was the Brussels sprouts and the lobster Mac and cheese was delicious.

Our waitress was bartending and waiting on multiple tables but her service to us never wavered. She was amazing Drinks: Refreshing and delicious. I got the lychee martini which was made perfectly. You can taste the vodka without it being too overpowering. Food: We got the happy hour appetizer lamb chops which were tender and yummy. For entrees I got the lobster ravioli and my husband got the sea bass. The lobster ravioli was good and they give you a lot of food. My only complaint was that the sauce overpowered the flavor of the lobster. Perhaps if they give less sauce then it would be better. My husband really enjoyed his sea bass and had no complaints. I went on my birthday so they gave us a free dessert. The tiramisu was light and not too sweet. The portion for the tiramisu was also huge so we got to take it home Overall I would love to go back again and try more of their happy hour or lady's night!

I am going to try and point out the good and the bad - overall I will likely come back!…read more Ambiance - there was a security guard at the door, threw me off a little. Inside is very well done - clearly recently updated and very modern. Music is pretty loud in there but I enjoyed it, my older parents had a little more issues hearing. Service - waiter was very nice and friendly, they have electronic ordering right tableside so if there is an issue or error can be a little difficult to fix! He did originally deliver the wrong food and even when questioned just changed what he called it but it was wrong. Kitchen showed they likely have a lot of new staff. Medium steak came out first and each meal was delivered individually and with a pretty significant time difference. Medium steak was basically rare in the middle, we didn't opt to send it back though we could have. It was seasoned really well! I had the party platter and everyone was really great! My mom also loved her salmon Caesar wrap and my dad liked his scallop basket. Price points were on par for everything but the steak dinner and most of us had left overs. There is for sure room for improvement on kitchen side and be prepared for the auto 20% gratuity after 5pm but overall they have a lot of potential! I hope they can work out the kinks!

We got there at 11:30 but was told breakfast was served until 12 so we left and came back. It was empty but from what I'm told it's packed at night. There were so many options it was hard to choose. We got the oyster Rockefeller, salmon sliders, catfish and grits, and the crab dip. We were impressed with everything. The waitress was very attentive, they played great music. It was the perfect brunch. Can't wait to go back to try more!

The place inside is very cute and reminds me of a nice punk pop bar. The bar wraps around and there's some tables and a side table that we sat at to eat. I ordered one of their specialty coffees and it is quite the journey but I enjoyed it with the ginger beer and the coffee. My quiche was fluffy and delicious. It jiggled when I tapped it and the side salad tasted great with dill in it and it brightened up things. The combination of both was great. The crust on the quiche was nice as well. My spouse enjoyed their sandwich but didn't realize there was mustard so he ended up just using the chips to eat his egg and sausage. His egg was also fluffy. The patrons that came seemed friendly and you can tell who are locals since they greeted by name often. I love that this place is open. They also have local wine you can purchase. Next time we're back in town, we will visit again.
