Mine was served without sauerkraut. I can't believe it was $14. We tried the tex mex eggrolls appetizer. Those were lukewarm, soggy, and bland. What I buy at Costco is better. I'm not mad at this establishment. I must say, I did not know what to expect when I rolled up in here with my husbae one late night. I pass by this place quite often, my nailshop is nearby, but I thought this was like a members only bar or something of that sort. Well it was a Wednesday or Thursday night about 8pm and we sat at the bar. We weren't sure, just drinks or drinks and food. We could smell the aroma coming from the kitchen, so after a few minutes or so we thought, yeah drinks and food. I am not sure of the bartender name, but she was quite a pleasure. Attentive and she was able to recommend some food choices for us. My husbae chose the phillysteak and me, the wings. Both were surprisingly good to be bar food. I asked for a simple salad, well that's what I call it. Nothing to fancy, just basic... lettuce, cucumber and cheese. One of the cooks came out to reconfirm my salad order... when in doubt ask. I loved this!! I am taking away one star, because dining at the bar is a bit of a challenge. Well if you're like me barely 5ft, the bar and eating may not be the way to go for you. The bar top extends out to the point you literally have to lean in to make sure you do not drop any food on you or perhaps the floor. Other than that, all is good in the hood. It's spacious inside as well. Table tops are available as well as high tops. I think I saw a pool table too... I believe the restaurant runs specials throughout the week. I think Tuesdays or maybe Mondays, they feature a wing special. Parking is plentiful. This restaurant is located in a strip mall that features a few other eateries and shopping. The service was fast as well. While it wasn't too busy, we were eating within 10 minutes of ordering. There are TVs here and there is something in the back of the restaurant, perhaps where one can go to smoke... something is out back. But if you are in the area - check them out. Don't go in with super high expectations, but again for bar food, this place is worthy of a visit. Take care of yourself and enjoy life :) read more

This bar was fun. I went in not knowing what to expect but was very hungry. I was immediately greeted with a warm hello from the bar, and a kind waitress seated me. I checked out the Yelp reviews and ordered the crab soup and a deluxe cheeseburger. OH BOY! I hit the jackpot. The KEY Crab soup was amazeballs, and the burger was juicy. I ate everything with joy. The customer service was terrific. I went there on Friday for lunch, and I was alone. I plan to return with my girlfriend because she loves crab soup, and I enjoy seeing her smile. This location would be a great place for a Friday date night with the hubby too. Great atmosphere with multiple televisions and great vibes. Ordered nachos for an app. Good flavor and heat only complaint was the cheese sauce was a tad runny but nothing that could not be overcome. Meals came out hot and ready to go. Huge meatball sandwiches great Ruben's good pizza. Fries a little on the greasy side for my liking. All in all a great experience with good food good times. Didn't know this restaurant was here so we stopped in and gave it a try. The parking is plentiful since it's in a shopping center. We were there for lunch so it wasn't crowded or too loud. The service was great, the server was very personable. The menu has a lot to choose from. They have the coldest beer I have ever had. My husband had his on tap and mine was in a bottle and both were super cold. The Key Crab Soup is AMAZING!!!! I could just have gotten a bowl of that and been good. I had fried fish and fries. The food was definitely hot, my only complaint was that it lacked flavor. They have fresh cut fries, which I love, but no flavor/seasoning. Fish was fried well but again no seasoning. We've seen this place for years and finally decided to have dinner here. We started with loaded tots which were amazing, different types of cheese and bacon. I had a meat lover's Stromboli that was big enough to feed the family. I over ate on the tots so didn't make it very far into the Stromboli but it was great as a left over. I would like to try one of there key zones next time. The pizza had too much cheese for my wife and daughters liking. Got takeout tonight. Pepperoni stromboli, bacon cheese fries, and a buffalo chicken sandwich. Stromboli had like 3 pepperonis and the ends were just completely bread. They did give me a ton of sauce, so that was good. Cheese fries weren't great. Chicken sandwich was tough. You shouldn't have to grunt when biting through a chicken sandwich. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was your typical bar scene, the table was sticky (yuck) and so the tables by the bar were noisy with some drunk that only knew four letter cuss words. Personally I don't know why bartenders don't cut them off or calm them down. I got the Philly cheesesteak because I am always on the lookout for a good one. It was ok, needed more peppers and cheese. It had a good amount of steak, the fries were hit or miss. Some were perfect, some were mushy. The wife got the Rueben and homemade potato chips. The bread was burnt and the sandwich kinda dry. The chips were flat out burnt. So, they replaced them with fries. I don't understand when a restaurant brings food out that is obviously overcooked. You wouldn't eat it, why expect the customer to pay for it and eat it? In a pinch, I may go back and give it another chance. It has a good menu, maybe just an off night. This place was a crazy surprise. After too many people had told me how great the keyzones are I had to go try. Walk in on a Saturday at lunch time and it was nice and quite. We sat at the bar with some other people so the bar tender didn't have to go between the tables and bar. She was gratuitous enough to put on what we wanted on the tv. We got some chicken strips, and while I knew we wouldn't get hand breaded, homemade chicken, they were thin, processed, over fried planks. The tuna steak sandwich was unremarkable...served without any kind of horseradish sauce or something similar. The fries were okay. we really thought they would have more fresh seafood on their menu but it really is just standard, mediocre at best, bar food. Hub loved his FD & the fries are homemade. My salad was really good with all super green lettuce. Shrimp was a little over cooked, but great flavor. They have daily lunch specials. Mondays .50 per shrimp, fried, steamed, or broiled. Drafts, $2.50. Football days 11-7pm Same specials. Bartender was super friendly. Would love to see SK advertise, run early bird dinners. Maybe karaoke night. Bingo night, etc. Not very big but very clean. Will go again. Oh...they need to update their website. Prices are incorrect. read more

I've been going here for years and it is by far my favorite local bar. Their food is outstanding. They also have cornhole boards out back, all you have to do is ask to play if there isn't a tournament going on. You have to get the steak skewer medium rare.....it is PERFECT.
