The reason I am giving it three stars it's because my kids love the "Halloween" donuts, and I understand that people have bad days. So I am willing to give it a second chance. When I thought they could recover, I asked if they had coffee and by 9 am they were out. Would I return? Probably not. Not because of their donuts, they were OK. Customer service goes a long way. I rarely rate a location by CS, I overlook bad or poor customer service since I am very understanding that working with people is not an easy task, but I had to do it with this one since the donuts alone are not a motivator for me to return. No military discount is given since they are not expensive.
