The place is sooo clean. They changed a lot of the old interior. The new workers are nice. The donuts tastes fresh. Their boba is made fresh. It wasn't overcooked nor stale. The milk tea itself is good. I enjoy their matcha green milk tea. I like their Kolache. There's another place that sells kolache and it just reminds me of a hot dog. While venturing in Harker Heights I stopped by this donut shop. Its across from Harker Heights High School. They have a small variety of donuts, kolaches and croissants. I tried the kolaches they were pretty good, but nothing ordinary. As a food blogger and new in the area I was interested in knowing what their top seller was and what would they recommend. . I asked various questions and short answers were given. Dry to say the least. The ladies were not interested in interacting. The reason I am giving it three stars it's because my kids love the "Halloween" donuts, and I understand that people have bad days. So I am willing to give it a second chance. When I thought they could recover, I asked if they had coffee and by 9 am they were out. Would I return? Probably not. Not because of their donuts, they were OK. Customer service goes a long way. I rarely rate a location by CS, I overlook bad or poor customer service since I am very understanding that working with people is not an easy task, but I had to do it with this one since the donuts alone are not a motivator for me to return. We went to Sweetooth on the 4th of July 2019. It was my sons birthday and he wanted a donut breakfast. We've always liked to try the local donut shops but regretted it big time. The store had a few people sitting around talking, it didn't smell or look too clean but sometimes the food is best at places a little run down looking. We picked numerous flavors, a dozen donuts and a honey bun. We stopped by Walmart to grab 6 more donuts that were shaped like stars for fun. The donuts from sweet tooth were old and stale, the frosting was greasy and also not very good. Amazingly enough the donuts the kids finished were the ones from Walmart. It was beyond disappointing. We will not be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. read more

OMG! Why did you change?! Sweetooth Donuts used to be so light, airy, and fresh. It was never heavy and bready before. The bacon and sausage in the croissant sandwiches used to be of higher quality as well. Nothing tastes the same! It does NOT have the signature Sweetooth Donuts flavors our family grew to love. Good variety of donuts and even have breakfast croissants and burritos. Food is cheep and yummy. Staff is welcoming and kind. We will deffinantly be coming back at least once a week. I enjoyed this place. I had a taste for something sweet. I had a blueberry muffin in mind but I figured donuts would be better because I could buy some for the office. I didn't want Dunkin' Donuts because they don't really have enough flavor for me so I got on yelp and found this place. I got a glaze donut and two large cinnamon rolls. I really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. I can't say the same for the donuts because they were gone within 5 minutes of me setting the box down. These pictures are deceptive; maybe they're from they first opened. There isn't really that much variety and they don't look that fresh. The donuts are overly sweet, which is saying a lot coming from me because I love sweets. They also seem like they've been left out a while. The croissant sandwiches taste like nothing but salt. There are a lot of bottled drink options but some lattes or something would really be nice. I really don't understand the hype about this place. I wouldn't go back if I was starving. We tried Sweetooth Donuts this morning for the first time after moving here two weeks ago. Their donuts are out of this world! The maple bar I had was light and fluffy inside with a flaky, crispy outside. Just delicious! My husband tried their sausage, egg and cheese croissant and said it was delicious as well. I appreciate the price point as well, we got 7 donuts (including large fritters) and a breakfast sandwich for under $10! I also liked that they have smaller options for kiddos. My kids always want a giant chocolate donut with sprinkles but they had some that were smaller in size, they were perfect for them. Thanks so much for the treats, Sweetooth! Better than Shipley's that's for sure. I ordered a glaze twist, but the employees are so nice they added 4 pieces of donut holes on the house. They also make croissant sandwiches with eggs, cheese, and bacon. And it tastes delicious. I wish they had cronuts here though. But overall a really nice go to breakfast place if you don't have time to sit down and enjoy a hot meal. read more

This is by far my favorite donut place in Harker Heights and probably the greater Fort Hood area. The donuts are wonderfully cooked and don't leave that weird captain crunch film in your mouth or seem to disintegrate like Shipley's Donuts (at least around here) do. They have a great consistency and just taste freshly baked. read more

Sweet Tooth donuts are THE best donuts around. My child wanted donuts one sunday morning and I wanted to try a place we hadn't been to. We have tried most of the other donut shops in the area, but none of them make donuts as good and fresh as Sweetooth does. This is absolutely the best donut shop. They sell breakfast sandwiches, coffee or other hot drinks as well as cold drinks. A one stop shop at a great price. They close at 2PM daily, so get there early to beat the rush. We come here just about every weekend and we are never let down. Amazing customer service that has amazing donuts! Try them! You won't be let down! read more
