I had decided the Inogen One G4 was the ideal concentrator for me due to its small size and light weight. My Dr. had prescribed a flow rate of 1L and I require oxygen for exertion. Inogen has discontinued the G4. Although they still service them, they do not sell the G4. I called several vendors who would only sell used G4. When I called Main Clinic Supply, Leo offered the help I sought. He had NEW G4 at a good price. Delivery would be overnight Fed Ex included. He offered 5 year Drop Coverage which sounded good as I have balance issues. I ordered the G4 and sent Leo my RX. It arrived within 24 hours! I have since learned drop coverage includes annual filter replacement. I have since ordered the G4 Hip Bag from Main Clinic Supply which arrived within 2 days. My girlfriend purchased a G5 unit and it broke ..this company sold her a replacement for $975 dollars, a refurbished model with a life time warranty. After a short time she received a call from Main Clinic supply asking for her broken model to be sent back. This was never discussed when she agreed to the replacement!! Ever. It had been disposed of because it was in pieces and now her warranty is null and void on the replacement. But for another $975 when can get it back!!!! Liars and scammers!! I had been doing research for over a week trying to figure out which portable oxygen concentrator (and from which company) to choose for my 93 year old mother. I live in Salt Lake City and my mother lives alone (thus far) in Houston. I spoke directly with Inogen's sales team and was not impressed with their customer service or even knowledge of their products. I also then found that various social media platforms had honed in on my searches and started supplying me with solicitations from other companies. After talking to several of these suppliers I was, to be honest, a little discouraged by what appeared to be a pretty sleazy feeling industry. Fortunately, I made one more call and was lucky enough to get in touch with Courtney and Main Clinic Supply. Very quickly I realized I had reached someone who knew her business and products, cared about customer satisfaction and worked for a reputable company. Courtney spent a lot of time with me on the phone - pleasantly answering all of my many questions and helping me anticipate things I had not even considered. It was a cumbersome process as I was doing all of the leg work for my mother and had to keep her in the loop along the decision journey - yet Courtney patiently and with a smile in her voice - hung in there with us. Taking advantage of Courtney's expertise and guidance we ended up purchasing an Inogen G5. The order and delivery process were a bit complicated with me ordering, shipping to mom (and working around her concerns), dealing with the Christmas holiday and an Arctic front that played havoc with the delivery schedule. I would never do business with this company again. I purchased the portable One G5 and an Inogen home concentrator. I purchased these on December 5th, My mom passed away on December 30. We used the portable concentrator two times. Both times were when my mom was returning from a hospital stay. We used the home concentrator for a total of 13 days. Upon my mom's death I called to make sure I could return the items because I was in the 30 day return window. They said yes and that the restocking fee would be between 4 and 15 percent. I was charged the 15 % fee. I was told that the home concentrator was dropped. I can 100% assure that the concentrator was not dropped. It was returned in the same packing they used to send it to me. I was also told the 15% was based upon how long it took them to receive it. It was mailed on January 5th and they received it January 12th. I paid well over $100 in shipping, but could not control the shipping speed. I'm certain these machines probably have a usage counter on them where they could have checked the hours of usage. That would be a much better way to determine usage. The 15% return fee was totally unreasonable and they lied about the system being dropped. read more

I purchased an Inogen G4 from Main Clinic Supply a few years ago. The purchase went well. The unit was shipped the day I ordered it, and arrived at my door the next day. I recently considering the purchase of a G5, but the trade in value of my G4 was only a tiny percentage of the original purchase price, and they wouldn't allow me to transfer the expensive lifetime warranty to the new model.
