He was incredibly knowledgeable, asked great questions, and gave me options every step of the way. From choosing fabric and color to fit and tailoring, he was professional and had a genuine passion for old-fashioned customer service. My suit had to be ordered, and it arrived ahead of schedule - Bryce made careful notes for the final tailoring, and the suit went off to be finished. It was ready just a few days later - the fit and finish were even better than promised. I also selected a hand-made tie and an Irish linen pocket square, and picked up a beautifully fitted shirt as well. I cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail and customer service that Bryce provided. I stopped in a few days before Christmas, and I actually had a few things yet I wanted to get my grandpa, so this worked out great. At the entrance - and throughout the store - I found free hot coffee, tea, refreshments, cookies, and treats. Maybe it's just a holiday thing but I loved the hospitality. The space is HUGE - so much more than clothes! I had no idea.
