Granted when I initially tried to book a session for us, she mentioned she was understaff and could not take us both at the same time. I understood and did not make any cruel or mean statements. I actually had forgotten to follow up with her to finalize any appointment which is of course my fault and I apologized when I finally got the chance to follow up. The day I followed up was on a Monday and she told me specifically she had nothing that week and that she would follow up with me once she looked into her scheduling. She never followed up with me + when I followed up with her two days later, she then tells me that the week has been filled (even though she was sure she had nothing booked) and not to mention the next week was all of a sudden booked as well. For someone who spoke to her on a Monday and asked if anything was booked, i would assume that she would add us as a priority to get booked within one of those weeks.
