I'm disappointed in the service I received today. My daughter and I have come here for years. It was hot and stuffy in the room and I felt claustrophobic so I couldn't do the massage and the owner rushed me out laughing when I told him there was no air circulation. Then I asked for a chair manage in the open area and he brushed me off saying no, no, we have another customer. I felt that was very disrespectful, he was not compassionate and he was very rude! Me, my brother, and my boyfriend are all very athletic and love to move. And because of this, we suffer from many aches and pains in joints and muscles all over. I especially have LOTS of pain in my lower back and legs, whereas the guys seem to care most tension in their upper body. I was able to convey this to the owner via text and asked for deep tissue for all three of us. They are very flexible with their timing and you can really switch up based off of what you need (example: I asked for 15min feet instead of the 30 for the 30-90 package) The interior is very soothing with music playing over the speakers with sounds of rushing water. There are bo private rooms, it is all separated via curtains but I did not see any gaps and did not feel uncomfortable at any time. You will have to undress until you are in just your bottom underwear, this is pretty standard for most massage places so please be aware of that. They have a small table for you to put your belongings in the same room you will receive your massage. When the lady came in it was pretty obvious she wasn't able to speak english all too well. But she was very kind and soft spoken and checked in with me multiple times throughout the massage. This massage was very upper body focused so please expect them to focus on your neck and upper back. Personally, my masseuse was extremely strong and I felt like she was breaking my back (in a good way). She uses her whole body to apply pressure and I felt many knots in my neck being worked. However, the only reason I give this place 4 stars is because I specifically requested for my lower back and my legs with the owner and with the masseuse multiple times but I don't feel this request was met. I explained my main problem area was my lower back and she spent maybe 5-10minutes of the entire 90minute massage in that area which disappointed me. I am a 5'2" and 115lbs girl so for me, she felt quite strong and I actually had to ask her for a bit more softness. However, the boys told me their masseuses felt way too gentle and they wished they could've been rougher. There are only female masseuses here so if you are hoping for a stronger touch, you may need to look elsewhere. The ladies are extremely skilled but I do think on a larger body they may fall a little short on power. Overall the experience was nice and I would definitely come here again just based off the price! However, I hope they will be a little more accommodating as it seems they just give most people the same massage routine. read more

Called an hour ahead to schedule a couples massage. Found this place on Yelp. It is across the street from the Gardena Target in the same plaza as the chicken spot. Parking is a little tight so plan ahead and try to come early. They had a small check-in area. They asked us if we needed a combo or full body massage we opted for a massage 90 min with 20 min of it being feet. The whole week we were COMPLETELY sore from working out and these awesome massage therapists worked out kinks out and made us feel great. Being an athlete all my life, the massages really make a difference. I am so happy i found this place. As most people said the massage is a great value so make sure you tip your massage therapist!!!! My friend and I came here based on the great reviews. I was assigned to Yuyu for a one hour foot reflexology massage. The parlor specializes in foot reflexology so I was excited to be at a place that "got it". The massage started off softly, presumably to warm up my muscle tissue before getting into deeper reflexology. Except it never got that way. I got a nice soft foot rub on my left foot and about halfway through the 30 mins on my right foot I asked her if she could actually massage it, which she did! I knew time was running out so I asked her if she was going to do the balls of my feet and my individual toes. This is basic reflexology 101... she was confused that I even asked her to do this and the whole thing left me very frustrated, which is the antithesis of what a massage should be doing for a client. She was kind and sweet but I needed some real reflexology and felt like I shouldn't have to be the one to train her how to do it.
