It had been a while since I came here. Made a Saturday morning appointment for a one hour massage but when I got there, found out the guy booked me on the wrong day and spelled my name incorrectly. Highly recommend for the massages! All the masseuses do a great job. I gave 4 stars due to 1 of the receptionist... Shes an older woman with a chip on her shoulder I guess (the others are much nicer). Just have to ignore her attitude and get ti the massage! You will not be disappointed. You're getting exactly what you'd expect - a solid massage from a skilled therapist in a clean environment without any extras, etc. My therapist was Tanya and I enjoyed the massage after I asked for more pressure which she immediately adjusted upon request. Other Yelpers noted the room was cold (I agree) but it was fine because the bed was warm. First timer, my friend surprised me for my birthday with a massage from this place. I got there 10 mins late. The set up is kind of dark not friendly to the eyes in my opinion. I liked the massage bed as it was warm but the room was cold. The masseuse was good. The music could be better. I feel that it could help improve the mood of the person. My friend recommended this place last year since it was walking distance from her office. She said it's not the prettiest place but you will get a good massage at a reasonable price. I thought I'd give it a shot last weekend and glad I did. Going to the website, you can pick a massage therapist, book an appointment, and pay as well. However, all you see is therapists' names and short description of type of massage they specialize in. No reviews, no pics. So it's almost like rolling the dice. Yelp had a few recent reviews which was helpful. I ended up selecting Julia for my massage, she did a very good job. Her style was Thai and I requested deep tissue. She used weight support walker sticks (not sure what you call them) while she walked on my back, legs, and butt. She was shifting her weight to not apply her full weigh pressure on my muscles. She did a great job first 20 mins. She then began hand massaging the rest of my body and bended all joints in a standard Thai massage fashion as I've seen it. It felt good. She deserves 5 stars! The venue on the other hand deserves 2 stars. The place is extremely dated, from every aspect. Massage table, room, everything is old, does not give you a sense of spa, or as the owner calls it "Just Massage". Overall I'll give my experience a 3.5 stars. read more

Don't wasn't your time. I scheduled a 7:30pm appointment online, and when I show up the guy working the front desk told me I wasn't in the system. I showed him my confirmation email he told me "my phone was wrong." He said my appointment was rejected, and when I asked why I wasn't contacted or notified and that that is terrible customer service, he responded with "You're terrible." I was totally blown away by this and started recording on my phone. It would probably go viral on TikTok because the behavior is that ridiculous. I then asked for a refund because the website has you put your card information in and a hold is placed on your card, and he refused since it's "only a dollar." He also refused to give me the number of the owner or manager. I feel bad for the therapists who work here. They deserve better. read more

I filled out the form and came in to loosen muscles around my hips and low back. The therapist, Lina, actually read my form and once the massage began, Lina started directly on my problem areas. I don't go often, but she remembers details such as desired pressure or that I suffer from sciatica pain. Additionally, she has a very calming aura. I usually fall asleep during treatment. The level of service she provides, mixed with the price-point, makes me look past the rather rude front desk staff. I have been to this location a few times and it is honestly a hit or miss. Unfortunately, yesterday was a miss that has left a bad taste in my mouth. I booked a last minute service and still arrived early, knowing the therapist would need some time to switch out sheets. I waited a good 15 minutes after my scheduled session, but this wasn't the worst part. I get on the table, wait another almost 5 minutes, the therapist comes back and spends most of the time doing compression over the sheet. She also fully exposed my rear end at one point while draping and completely avoided the front of my body with the exception of doing techniques on my head/face that I don't think you're even supposed to do. Didn't even touch my quads, arms, nothing! Won't be back. I wasted 60 bucks and the only positive was the front desk receptionist being polite. Otherwise, avoid this place. Joy is the person to see if you're in pain! I went in today since I pulled my back recently and my left side felt tight with pain. I had a 1.5 hour Swedish massage. She focused in all the areas I specified and all the areas she founds knots! I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in as I was greeted by my first name by a nice man. All staff was friendly and professional. The shopping center has plenty of parking. First time here, thanks to my lady, she had booked me an appointment ONLINE.(Also super convenient) I got here 15 minutes early because she let me know they have you fill out paper work so the therapists can know your preference, how light-heavy you like your massage to be, what area to focus on, asks if you if you've suffered from past injuries, & they're real professional with all this. Im a hairstylist and and i suffer from back pain from time to time. I asked them to focus on my back, shoulders & neck. And my therapist did EXACTLY THAT.
