When I refuse and just asked for a refund she went and go ahead to give me my massage and she didn't half a** it. It is excellent, while my husband waits in the other room. Our issue with this establishment is INTEGRITY. If you don't have enough massage therapists just don't be open or at least refuse the service you can't fulfill then choose to lie to your clientele.
