Using her Google Translate she wants me to return in an hour because her "existing appointment" just arrive, which is my husband but he didn't have an appointment at all. When I refuse and just asked for a refund she went and go ahead to give me my massage and she didn't half a** it. It is excellent, while my husband waits in the other room. Our issue with this establishment is INTEGRITY. If you don't have enough massage therapists just don't be open or at least refuse the service you can't fulfill then choose to lie to your clientele.
