I don't think it's a secret how good corner stables ribs are but just in case you are not aware. Hands down the best bbq sauce as it is tangy, a little sweet but also has a kick. The rack of ribs fall off the bone and are so tender. The ribs come with hand cut fresh fries that are so good, especially when dipped in the sauce. I haven't really ventured out to the other menu items they offer as I come time and time again for these ribs. The atmosphere is a bit dark but in a charming way. Staff are super nice and quick! p.s on Mondays they have a full rack of rib special with fries for $17!

Return visit to celebrate a birthday and engagement! My family and my son's fiancé converged on the Stable for a Saturday late lunch event. The place was very busy but we were seated quickly. We decided on an order of fried pickle chips to get started and the "kids" each ordered a full rack of ribs with sides. I ordered the Showstopper (full rack plus' a half pound crab cake plus two sides) for just 37.49. The Ribs? Legendary! The crab cake? Very decent. For the money, meals are a great value. If the crab cake measured up to some of the competition, that 37.49 would easily be 49.99 if not more! Service top notch and atmosphere very casual. The Stable is as good as it ever was. A great treat that doesn't break the bank!

Still have really good ribs! We used to come here all the time, but haven't been in a while. Things are still pretty tasty! I would recommend their ribs, I was trying to eat a little healthier so I got the bbq salmon which was just alright. The shrimp salad sandwich was really good. Our server was super nice and fun, very attentive.

Solid place to get tasty ribs !! We came on a Saturday night so it was pretty busy. Their normal parking lot was full so we parked in the nearby overfill lot. The wait was roughly 15 minutes for a table. Service was friendly and fast. We tried the bang bang shrimp appetizer. It kind of tasted like a crispy shrimp coated in Siracha Mayo. It comes with blue cheese and would be the perfect appetizer for a shrimp and blue cheese lover. I tried the fried chicken and ribs. The fried chicken was huge and crispy. It was a little bit difficult to cut into as it was so big but that's not a terrible problem to have. The ribs were tasty but could have used a bit more sauce and char on them. My friends who got the rib dinner agreed that there needed to be more sauce and that would've made our dinner more tasty. The inside of the restaurant isn't too big but it gives off a cozy feeling. Portions are definitely good and food is solid but could slightly be improved!

Was in town for a quick 15 hours. Ordered a crab cake, Mac and cheese and the apples and it did not disappoint! Very very quick service too! Really awesome, would give 4.5 stars if I could. Some jumbo lump crab but could have been more- taste was perfect though!

What a fun place! Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside is warm and western themed with a huge restaurant and bar....staff was so kind A+ our server was one in a million so nice and efficient! We had four people with us and I ordered the fried shrimp and got to choose two sides, I ordered a salad with bleu cheese and it was fresh and vibrant and a big portion that could have been a meal on its own and of course what goes well with fried shrimp? French fries! The shrimp were very plump and just a tad tough so maybe they had been cooked a tad too long but tasty nonetheless, fries were great and you certainly get enough food! I feel as though this place has been there a while and I can see why! Great establishment!!

Pappas in Cockeysville came up in a couple of influencers' lists, so we made the 1 1/2 hour drive north to experience it for ourselves. We arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday morning and chose to sit on the restaurant side (versus the sports bar side). Our meal started with soft rolls right out of the oven and vinegar-y cucumbers. My wife had some them while I passed on them for I don't like cucumbers. Obviously, we later ordered the single crab cake entree with two sides ($33.99). I chose the fries and the up-charge for a Caesar salad while my wife picked the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The crab cakes did not disappoint! Even though it was a hot day outside, they kept the restaurant very cold. After we ate, I didn't notice it as much because I was so full. A final note is the lunch crowd started coming in around 12:15pm.

Meh- why "Oprah" would order her crab cakes from here when the crab is not from Maryland, right? Once I heard that news from the waiter ( I asked, it was not volunteered) I opted for the local soft shell crab special. ( despite it not being season, I should have known better. It was a puny crab with hardly any meat and it was not properly cleaned either. Sides of overcooked brocolli and asparagus. Baked potatoes looked liked yesterday's overcooked option. My colleagues enjoyed the crab cakes which were large portions- should be for $40+ each. Service was friendly, food took too long- it was a long wait for mediocre overpriced food.

Our server (I wish I could remember her name) was so attentive and nice. She made sure we were well taken care of and felt welcomed for our first time dining at Costas Inn. I got their Shrimp Salad Sandwich and a side of their Creamed Spinach. That might have been the best Shrimp Salad Sandwich I've ever had...legit! I loved the amount of Shrimp they put on the sandwich, the way the Shrimp were fresh, and the seafood seasoning they put on it was a very nice touch. I give the sandwich a 9.5 out of 10. The Creamed Spinach came soaked in Amaretto with Provolone Cheese melted on top (sorry I didn't get a picture), and I love Amaretto as a drink. So, I had to try this as a side. It was overall good. Not as creamy as I thought it would be, a bit watered down, but the Amaretto did indeed give it something different and unique to it that I liked. I give their Spinach a 7.5 out of 10. The manager (I'm assuming that who he was) was very friendly and came to check out everyone's tables to make sure everyone was enjoying their food and experience. I really appreciated that. 10/10 for the customer service from our server and the manager. I definitely will be back, hopefully soon, to try their other menu items.

During my recent trip back to Baltimore, my friends and I made reservations for four on a Saturday night. I'll admit, I was convinced my GPS had failed me when it led me into a business park. Just when I was ready to question my phone's navigation , BlueStone appeared like a hidden gem. The restaurant was large and looked upscale from the outside with plenty of free parking, making the first impression even better. We were seated immediately, and the hostess greeted us with a genuine smile that made us feel right at home. The ambiance is warm and inviting with a perfect blend of casual elegance. There are several dining spaces throughout the restaurant, including private rooms that would be ideal for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, or other special occasions. Our server was attentive without hovering and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our evening. We kicked things off with cocktails, including a French 75, White Cosmo, and Blackberry Bandit. Every drink was expertly crafted, but the French 75 was the undeniable star of the night, I enjoyed it so much I ordered a second. When it came to dinner, my friends all chose the crab cake entrée and they all enjoyed their food ( they are locals), proving that Bluestone knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to a well made crab cake. I ordered the Ocean & Gulf entrée. My dish included a jumbo lump crab cake, deep-sea scallops, and Gulf shrimp served over forbidden black rice with sautéed vegetables in a honey garlic beurre blanc. Every component was cooked perfectly, and the flavors blended together so well that each bite felt like a little celebration. It was one of those meals where the conversation pauses because everyone is too busy enjoying the food. As if dinner wasn't enough, we finished with Taharka Brothers Honey Graham and Vanilla Bean ice cream. It was creamy, rich, and the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. BlueStone exceeded my expectations from the moment I pulled into the parking lot until the last spoonful of dessert. Great service, good prices, decent portions and expertly prepared food and cocktails. Definitely an atmosphere that's perfect for everything from date night, a family celebration, to a girls' night out. This has officially earned a spot on my list of must visit restaurants every time I come back to Baltimore.

It was busy because of the holiday but Bluestone has a lot of seating. I asked the 3 girls at the front for a table with good lighting. The hostess didn't hesitate and we were seated immediately. There was a Fathers Day special of 2 separate entrees . Our Server Jake told us the Steak was sold out . That's pretty good for them. Sounds like I should try the steak another day if they have it. I wanted a small plate and Jake gave me 3 recommendations: BANG bang shrimp, mini crab cakes, & Crab Spinach dip. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and the beet salad. This was another "live in the moment" dinner for me. I am deciding to be more deliberate about enjoying my food and not taking as many pics. Everyone on Yelp has the same pics of the same food. The beet salad was so good. Very appealing plate. The Bang Bang Shrimp were swimming in sauce but still tasty. I really wanted to try a new red wine Jake recommendations were : JEZEBEL & Alta Pavina. I chose the Alta Pavina (a high alcohol content you may only need 1). I wasn't feeling like a Jezebel on Sunday and decided to wait for a Friday night for that red wine.

For our friends' main course, they split a Chicken Tikka Masala, which was boneless white meat chicken cooked with onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers. They also ordered Naan - the traditional unleavened white bread. My husband had his favorite, the Tandoori Shrimp. It was a very generous portion of jumbo shrimp marinated in an herb mixture and delicately broiled in our tandoori clay oven served with mixed vegetables. This came out sizzling. When I ordered my veal marsala, I asked if it came with a side of pasta, and my server was honest that it did, until they changed it two weeks earlier. Honestly, I felt that was super cheap to get rid of a side of pasta--pasta is so inexpensive--for a dish like veal marsala, where part of the dish is the pasta soaking up the delicious marsala sauce. So, honestly, for a fine-dining restaurant, that's a pretty cheap thing to do, and I'm not sure I could return.
