She was very knowledgeable and personal!! I had such a good experience I came back again and met the owner Mike. Once again I was greeted with a big welcome and he helped me around the store to find what I was looking for and suggested new products. The store I clean and neat. Easy to find what you're looking for and the customer service is superb! Always willing to help or give suggestions to help find what you're looking with a range of prices!

From what rock did I climb under ?! You can sample the types of yogurt that you want. There are cups available, after you make your selection. IT GOES BY WEIGHT. So don't get too much. 3 cups were $12+. The dulce de leche was AWESOME. I looked behind me and behold ! A toppings bar. I put chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in there. Next time, the latter won't be invited to the frozen yogurt party. Ice cream was available as well. There were a few more selections for the yogurt but the one I chose was the one and will always be the one. Cashier was friendly. They were staffed enough to fit the needs of their customers. This employee, a heavy set African American guy, checked my four lottery tickets and didn't give them back to me as I requested -- he said they weren't winners but I have no idea (their scanner was broken so I couldn't check them myself). I had asked him to give me back the tickets before he ran them, but he ignored me and threw them in the trash. When I asked about getting them back he said he "wasn't gonna go digging through the trash like a dog" and acted aggressively so I just left. For all I know they could have all been winners but I'll never know. But one thing I'm certain of is I won't go back to this store again. I'm disappointed at how far downhill it's gone -- it used to be great. Quik Trip and Race Trac are so much better, their employees are consistently friendly and I never have to worry about being treated like I was at this 7-Eleven.

Exceptional customer service…read more I had called the store to see if they had a specific product in stock, and I was initially told they did. About 10 minutes later, while I was on my way to the store, I received a call back from Sprouts letting me know they had made a mistake and didn't actually carry the item. That level of accountability and ownership is rare these days. They could have easily said nothing and let me make a wasted trip, but instead they took the initiative to contact me and correct the mistake. It's refreshing to see a business that values honesty and respects its customers' time. Experiences like this remind me that great customer service still exists. Thank you.
