If I'm running into a corner drugstore, it's because I want a quick in-and-out experience. A couple OTC meds, a gift bag, maybe a birthday card I forgot to mail. Convenience is literally the entire point. So imagine my surprise, walking into CVS find one of the two self checkout, kiosks, broken, align 6 to 7 people deep, and the clerk sitting behind the counter eating chips while everyone waited to ring themselves up. Occasionally, she'd wander over with her Chito dusted fingers to waive her badge at the kiosk when someone got stuck, then head right back towards our snack break instead of actually helping customers. By the time, I finally checked out, I understood exactly why people just shop online now. Convenience only works when the store actually values your time. read more

Pharmacy has always been great!! Return calls fast and very friendly. Today the weather is bad. My doctor ask me to make sure my pharmacy was open so that they could send me medication for strep throat. I was unable to get to the pharmacy so transferred to front store instead. The lady was incredibly rude. Her answer was sarcastic and when I tried to explain why I called she hung up on me. I also believe she is picking up and hanging up immediately. I called twice the first time I could hear her taking to someone and just picked up and hung up. Maybe a mistake i don't know but based on her attitude I doubt it. Again the pharmacy is wonderful. The front desk needs some customer service training. read more

I have never had an issue with the people in the store, if memory serves, but I wouldn't recommend ever calling them. I was trying to see if the store was open (I don't trust what it says online, given the winter storm), and I could not get the AI thing to do anything I asked it. I feel like my mother when I was a kid having to scream customer service into the phone over and over again. I understand it's meant to be helpful, but that AI thing is arguably the dumbest thing they ever could've implemented. The minute I ask to speak to a real person, it should've sent me to a real person, or at least the voicemail. If this wasn't the only place I could get my meds right now, I'd be going literally anywhere else. Incredibly disappointed, and beyond irritated. read more

Came in here while in town because of course I forgot something. I came to CVS as I had extra care bucks which meant my item would be free! I thought I had loaded the extra care bucks on my card and was having issues checking out. I asked one of the staff for help who came to help me in self check out. Found out that I had not sent them to my card and that since I was already in the transaction it would not allow me to use them. Staff cancelled out my transaction and I rescanned everything and it worked! Only had to pay $.70 which was a win in my book. I was able to find parking in the parking lot easily and was greeted upon walking in. It took me a minute to find what I needed as all of them have different lay outs but I was able to find it quickly and get checked out. Overall an easy in and out trip and I would come here again if needed when in town. read more

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. These people do not care how long you wait or if you get your prescription. They are always rude, want to argue about when the prescription was called in and why they don't have it ready. As someone with a chronic and disabling disease I take lots of medications. I have to go here often. It is always a struggle and they are always rude. I am going to another pharmacy none of them could be any worse. Quite possibly the worst pharmacy we've ever been to, but that could be in line with CVS's corporate policy of providing terrible service. They don't follow up on prescriptions if they need attention and they don't update the status when things are ready. If they are taking too long to fill a prescription due to their own incompetence, they don't care if you miss a dose. They don't care if they're rude to you. Whenever we go, the same Pharmacy "techs" condescend you and power trip on what they can and can't do, regardless of what's going on. Most McDonald's I've been to provides better service from smarter workers. Sorry, that might be an insult to McDonald's workers. This location is also terribly old, dingy, and have found several expired food items just browsing around waiting for the pharmacy. Avoid at all costs. read more

I've gone to a handful of CVS's during my times as a couponer and I can say that this is sort of just like any other pharmacy. I haven't faced any negativity here - the staff are very friendly and they do want to help you with your concerns. Things that they don't understand, they'll happily navigate you towards calling their corporate number. One of the biggest things to couponing here is to know the store's couponing policy - don't ever go into a store and try to finesse their system. Not only is it morally/ethically wrong but you're not going to get anywhere with it/get any good deals. Get on the good side of the people working at the store and they will help you out to the best of their ability to get the deals you want. Aside from couponing, the store is clean and well stocked with most of the essential items that you would want to find in a pharmacy. Prices are high but try to check out the coupons that they have in their app! read more

The pharmacy is horrendous, or maybe they don't care about the people in the drive thru. Came to the drive thru today at 12:14, by 12:50 I still had not been helped, just sitting trying to be patient as I watched numerous cars behind me give up and drive off. Finally I had to leave. This is not the first time I've sat and blown time at the drive thru, but it will definitely be the last. I honestly wish I could give this store negative stars the pharmacy customer service is THAT Bad. I called and spoke with the DM after they "lost" another rx I had. I am absolutely sure that the DM spoke with the team since the level of disrespect crossed the line so far that they actually told me itr was my dr's fault and to stop bothering them. I truly cannot remember the last time that anyone, let alone a store at which I was a customer, spoke that aggressively towards me. Horrible. read more

Madu at pharmacy is very rude never have I had to be forced to get off the car to get an order for shipt and for no reason she told me to do that even though I had multiple orders and this is my fulltime job. She said she didn't care if I put a bad review for her being rude. Don't come here! read more

When presenting a coupon for a lower prescription price at a competitor they should honor it. According to other pharmacies CVS takes several hours to process a transfer so your prescription is trapped at this CVS. I would recommend NOT using this CVS! read more

Stopped in this evening to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist Phong informs me my copay is $80. Ugh! But that's what flex spending is for right? So I whip out my card preparing to be gouged by the over priced pharmaceutical when Phong says, that's high, you should look for a coupon. Never thought of that but okay. I step to the side and actually find a pay no more than $25 coupon for my prescription. Well, would you look at that! Thanks Phong! read more

I have been greatly satisfied by the service at this CVS store. I was served by a very nice gentlemen name Andrew Wood that was replacing at this store ( he normally works in Plano ) and another lady called Mercedes. They went beyond what's expected to make sure I was well served. In fact ...My chip on my debit card was not working and after trying several times, I was going to cancel the transaction. Andrew pull out his credit card and paid for me. I am amazed that this breed of people still walk the face of the earth. There are still good people out there ! I came back few minutes later for a money order and was able to pull the money out of a teller they have in the store. Mercedes was devoted in helping me along with Andrew with the same smile and meekness. My 5 years old son was with me and was so well treated by them... I could not ask for better service. I pray that they will blessed beyond their expectations...because what you reap is what you sow. read more
