From the beginning of the conversation, I felt she was rude and repeatedly interrupted me before I could finish my sentence. I eventually raised my voice and asked her to please stop interrupting me so I could finish what I was saying, and she then hung up on me. What was especially concerning was that, while I was having a separate, civil conversation with another employee about my issue, Renee interrupted that phone call as well. I found her conduct to be unprofessional and unnecessary. I understand that employees handle many calls every day, but taxpayers also deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope the appraisal district will improve its customer service and communication so issues like mine can be resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
