Once I dropped off the mower, I received a ticket and instructions that I would be called with an estimate on how much the repair would cost. I received a call maybe a week later, which was around the estimated timeframe that they gave, and the price was reasonable ($130 for a push mower). I agreed to the estimate and my mower was ready the next day. I used the mower the day I picked it up. It worked well no issues, and they even washed the mower. I'm very happy with the service I received.
