Came here to get my private pilot and almost finished, CFI went to the airlines, and others took up my training. Thats when things really went to crap. No one knew what a correct log book looked like, re did tons of training, scheduled a check ride and the DPE didn't even start the ride. My log books that were cleared by the CFI (which he charged me to review) were not acceptable to the DPE, he took my $800 and didn't even start the ride. The CFI instead of apologizing acted like I had really messed up because I was supposed to do his job for him apparently. Nothing but ego and pride letting these 23 year olds run the fixed wing show. The power trips that they got on with me was terrible. I am a very mellow, easy to get along with guy but they frustrated me. Told my story to 4 other CFI's and they all said the same thing "that sounds like a true horror story, you got screwed" Paid Platinum $15k, I got upset at the botched check ride meeting, and they said I was belligerent and kicked me out of the school with no refunds offered. I literally had no trouble at all up until check ride day. Super disappointing. I have hired a new CFI and have to go to another airport. The new guys are awesome and offered me a discount because they couldn't believe I was treated so poorly at Platinum. Hire the helicopters with Platinum, Gary is ethical, but stay away from fixed wing!

I was won over by the attention I received and the dedication to my success that I saw. I found an appointment with no trouble. I chose this location because I actually went to the city location a few years ago and I wanted a different look for these. Sally the photographer was Fantastic!! We came running in and she was very accommodating and she was delightful. I have the Get Out Pass for…read moremy granddaughters (ages 8 & 9) and it has a free coding class for ALL franchises so I went to the website to find out what this is all about. The website offered a FREE tour, so I signed my granddaughters up for the tour. The owner reached out to find out about my girls. Ray, the owner, called and asked many questions about my G-daughters and how I found out about Code Nijas. He asked about their ages, if they were interested in coding, did they understand what it was, did they have experience in coding, have they done coding, do they know what it was? I answered all of his questions and then asked why he was asking so many. He explained that his company was suing Get Out Pass because they abused the terms. In other words people were doing the exact same plan that I had. We wanted to use the free tour offered on the website to see if the girls were interested in coding and then use the Get Out Pass for the free class. The owner did not like that's what people were doing. He stated that based on the information I gave him about the girls they would not be a good fit for his program. I am furious that someone gets to determine what my girls are interested in based on answers from their g-ma. I will be contacting Get Out Pass and informing them of this. This owner seems to be hand-selecting who he wants in his classes and assign his staff too based on his belief on who is interested.

This past summer, I signed him up for a summer camp, which he thoroughly enjoyed. My only regret is that they were not here sooner-he's now almost 15 and has aged out of their program. I would love to see them offer something for older kids or young adults. Coding is such an important skill these days and I love the opportunity that Code Ninjas is giving to kids to prepare for their futures.

Running a daycare center cannot be easy, but I appreciate that they still take time to send pictures and updates of what's happening in the day-to-day of my child. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities at this center, and that's a huge reason why I landed at LG. I love the Procare app that they use, and that they're very familiar with the families creating a safe pickup / dropoff environment. No one other than the children are going inside of the daycare and they have a camera system at the front door ensuring additional safety before opening their doors. My son is excited to go to LG every day (he's 20 months and has been here since March of this year). He is absolutely in love with the staff, especially Miss Estefania. I truly feel like they love and care for my child as if he were their own, and what more could you ask for? It's always hard leaving your child with people who feel like strangers, but this team feels like family now. I have not seen high turnover so that has also been very reassuring over time that this was a great decision! I really appreciate the admin team - Gloria, Jhennifer, and Desiree. They do a great job managing the chaos from day-to-day! Hopefully this review helps put some parents at ease. I never want to discount anyone else's opinions or experiences, but I cannot relate to the negative reviews whatsoever. 5 stars from this momma, and I was NOT prompted to write this post.
