I dropped off the prior years taxes so that his staff could input what needed to entered for this years taxes. After a few calls to clarify some questions about our provided information & our LLC, our taxes were completed in a short period of time. I came in to review the numbers, picked up the paperwork, & pay his very reasonable bill . Michael's staff (family) was delightful & printed out a hard copy for me as well. They had the nerve of blaming me for the fact that they didn't see that the bank account was closed 6 months prior and had no activity. I was told that she "assumed" I had the same account without confirming the account...THEIR MESS UP not me. Their principal called me back just to stand up for his incompetent subordinate and stood the ground that i should have let them know I changed banks because they cannot read quick books properly to tell from the chart of account, that the bank they sent my taxes to was inactive and has ZERO dollars in it. He then stated to me to never call them again ... as if I would ever trust them, God only knows what else these idiots missed. Seriously do not use this firm as they will never admit their shortcomings and mistakes. Another accounting firm that has lost sight of those that helped them grow too big for their collective britches

Like it or not it, the choice of how you present the name of your business, where and what colors effect how you think.
