Came across an issue could no longer ignore and looked up dentists in the area, made an appointment for the next day. Was amazed how simple and easy they made the insurance. In 6 + years with company hadn't used insurance. Work remote, travel construction away from the corporate office and HR. Looked up my benefits on our system, printed off a screen shot of what it showed for me. Took this into my appointment. The lady at the front desk took the screen shot I printed off and said "i'll fill all this out for you. Go ahead and take a seat." Less than 10 minutes later I was getting Xrays. They really made me feel at ease. From going over the Xrays and explaining my options and outcomes of each. Was quick and painless. Were really friendly and there to answer any questions. When done left me with a prescription to avoid infection. And instructions on what I should do to ensure the best recovery. Went over in detail what I should do to ensure recovery. My son just had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr Denis Miller. We had put off the procedure,…read moreunwisely, until he was 22. The roots of the teeth in his lower jaw had grown quite long and extended down very close to the mandibular nerve. I'm not ashamed to say I was nervous while waiting for him to come out of surgery. But I am happy to say, Dr Miller did an Outstanding Job! He graciously took his time and knowledge to thoroughly inform us of the procedure. We opted to have the Exparel pain relief administered as part of the procedure and are Very glad we did. My sons comfort level and speed of healing after a more invasive than the norm procedure were Amazing!! We received follow up calls from Siouxland Oral to make sure all was going well throughout his recovery. I would Highly Recommend Dr Miller and his fantastic staff.
