Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. When someone is changed the diaper/depend is thrown on the floor so whatever is in it has now contaminated the floor. They do not change residents till the morning which means people sit in their urine and feces till 5am at this point the entire bed is soaked and not only is it NOT changed but bed pads are laid over it for the next shift to deal with. This place is INFESTED with roaches. You visit your family after 10pm walk into the room without turning the light on you will see. Even if they did have someone come out and spray I'm afraid this place is way past that point of return. THIS is why I quit because of the roach infestation. This place is beautiful it needs a lot of work employee wise. How can you take care of anyone showing up to work at 6am smelling like a pound of marijuana. Employees need to be drug tested here.
