I had to change my review to 4 stars. Unfortunately my concrete began cracking within a few days. I had them come out a few times to patch it up. New cracks have developed throughout the entire patio in multiple areas, and parts of the concrete have chipped away. It's very unfortunate. I will say, Fausto has been responsive and has come out when asked. He said to contact him any time for repairs and he's very professional. I'm not sure what happened to my concrete though. It must've been a bad batch. After many times of patching it, it just chips away within a few weeks and the cracks are then revealed and continue to grow. I asked for a second opinion and was told the only real solution would be to remove and replace. This is only a year old and was expensive so we will just have to eat it and pray it doesn't worsen. read more

We were originally Happy with the stamped concrete. Was told by Fausto Santos we should have it sprayed with a sealant to protect the concrete. I asked him how much and how long it Would take. Fausto told me $1000.00 and it would take 3 to 4 hours for the job. The job took him a total of 1.5 hours To pressure wash and spray. and he charged us $1000.00 we are not very happy on how much we were charged for a 1.5 hour job. The material is not that expensive which you can get at Home Depot or Lowe's. Word of advice be careful on how much he charges for a job a bit over priced In my opinion. read more

"Fausto"......many people are talking good about him on yelp BUT I guess he performs well ONLY if you need a new concrete job to be done. I initially contacted him for an estimate on a sealer/painting job for my backyard and asked him if he could do it (following the professional guidelines and the proper procedure to achieve the expected result). He said that he could definitely be done but that he couldn't guarantee that the paint would not bubble up in the future since the original concrete was not leveled properly (which I knew already) so I have asked about resealing it instead with the promise to redo the entire concrete job in the next couple years....Well he then said that was better to do the paint and that it could have been done using a special paint that didn't need the primer under it and that it would last a couple of years. After I agreed to pay 2500$ for his job (paid with a check and NO receipt) plus material and paint, he started and finished in roughly 2 days applying a very thin layer of paint that after only 2 weeks started to scratch and peel. Called him again complaining and he came back to apply another thin layer of paint and the results are visible enough on the pictures uploaded!!! Called him many times after but he dismissed my calls and never returned my calls again. He was blaming my dog but I called another professional company for a consultation and they told me that the paint used and the all procedure was not done professionally (the concrete had to be prepped with an acid wash and also sanded and cured before applying a polymer paint to be able to have the right thickness and resistance...total time it should have been one week, waiting for the surface to be dry enough during the several procedures). Long story short, He should have refused to accept a job if he couldn't deliver an acceptable result and at the end I've been ripped off AGAIN!!!!....So disappointing and frustrating to have wasted over 3000$ for another unprofessionally done service. Cornerstone Concrete is terrible and Gabe Monroe is nothing more than a two bit hustler. He will tell you he has worked on large jobs but he has 1 or 2 employees and the others are hired from day labor companies. He will change the price on you and claim even the most basic items are not included. I ended up paying the guy over $85,000 and he completed about $3500 worth. Very likely he wrote all the 5 star reviews himself or paid someone to write them. The guy is so bad he tried to pour a 3 inch slab for a friend rather than the 5 inches the contract called for. This is how he treats his friends. He is nothing more than a con man. read more
