The "micro-message" I received was that I was not welcome. I ended the one-hour session early and left. I spent $720 dollars on Trans-cranial Magnetic Stimulation in the summer of 2023, it didn't work and it was obvious the previous office had given up. Switching to her was a good decision. The front office is nice friendly. I've never felt rushed in an appointment, she listens, and most importantly notices nuanced details like changes in mood even how much mental state can be measured by the state of my beard. She is good at remembering you and what's happening in your life so you don't have to keep explaining something every appointment. She also understands that you can't medicate an issue away and takes a look at the big picture. Not just, "you are diagnosed with _____. Take these pills and come back in three months." She looks at the whole person and big picture, she correctly and directly told me, "I can't out medicate you pushing yourself this hard," and gave me ideas on how to stop putting so much pressure on myself. Also big bonus, her appointments are on time. Never once have I been waiting past the agreed time. I'm a big fan of her punctuality. I do in person because I prefer that but does offer tele-health after you do your initial appointment. Most importantly, when a pharmacy or insurance has an issue with a medication (out of stock or won't cover) it is resolved fast. Most times the same day. I recommend her to my friends and coworkers, I even recommend her to my barber. She's kind, approachable, funny, and good at her job.
