The only drawback is that it's often difficult to speak with someone directly when I call, leading to leaving a message or using the portal. I had a card on file from when I made my first appointment. At 1 AM, their system billed my card and the transaction declined. The following morning, Brian Radzom emailed me stating that all of my future appointments had been cancelled due to non-payment. A normal billing policy in my experience has been to AT LEAST call the patient and ask for a secondary form of payment. It definitely gives the impression that this business is operating for the profit and not for the well-being and mental health of their patients. Although I really liked my therapist, I will not return.

Exactly two minutes later they canceled my next appointment due to non-payment. They didn't even proactively call or email to ask for another form of payment -- they just abruptly and uncompassionately canceled my appointment without warning. Practices like this are what give U.S. healthcare such a bad reputation.
