Dr. Kwon and the team might be saints. After having numerous nightmare dental experiences, Dr. Kwon has me on the right path. It's going to take awhile but it is because Dr. Kwon is thorough and cares for what is best for her patients. She's willing to wait for everything to fully healed and has explained every step along the way. The care treatment plan has been clearly explained and everything is readily visible. This office is an absolute dumpster fire. I scheduled an appointment for two fillings, confirmed the work in advance, and still somehow their staff managed to schedule it incorrectly. When I arrived at 3:30 PM, I was asked what I was there for, even though it should have been obvious from my appointment. After waiting 35 minutes, the dentist finally came in--not to apologize, but to guilt-trip me because there supposedly wasn't enough time to complete the fillings due to their own scheduling mistake. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was made to feel like the inconvenience was somehow my fault. At that point, I told them I'd make it easy on everyone and take my business elsewhere. As I was leaving, I requested copies of my X-rays from my previous visit so I could find a competent dentist. The same front desk employee then gave me attitude and informed me they "legally have 30 days" to send them. That response perfectly summed up the level of customer service at this office. From start to finish, this was one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I've had. Poor communication, wasted time, no accountability, and rude staff. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, avoid this office and find a dentist that respects its patients. read more

I made an appointment on 25 June 2026 to have my chipped tooth repaired, and when I did so the expectation that was set by the receptionist was that if the damage is minor, the procedure could be done on the same day. On the day of my appointment, I arrived early as requested by the office staff, and my appointment started late. After the hygienist took my blood pressure and an x-ray of my damaged tooth, I waited for six or seven more minutes for the doctor to arrive. Upon her tardy arrival, I was informed by Dr. Kwon that an additional doctor would be monitoring the consultation, to which I agreed. Dr. Kwon briefly examined my damaged tooth and concluded that the damage to it was minimal (20% of the back of the top portion of the tooth missing). However, I was told that due to short staffing the filling that would be required couldn't be completed that day, and the receptionist told me after the consultation concluded that the next available appointment wasn't until fifteen days later (10 July). I reminded her that I would have to live with a jagged tooth until then, and the receptionist's unempathetic and seemingly unconcerned reply was that 10 July was the next available appointment. Today's visit was a complete waste of my time, after having rearranged my morning work schedule to fulfill the appointment. No doubt, however, that despite not completing the work, my insurance and I will be billed for this appointment. Quite the racket. If the office was so "short-staffed", then there wouldn't have been another fully-qualified dentist observing Dr. Kwon. On the contrary, if one doctor is observing the other, it would seem that they have a staff surplus. Further, the receptionist did a poor job of setting an accurate expectation as to when the procedure could be completed; i.e., I was told that a relatively minor procedure could be completed same day, yet was sent away after being told they couldn't provide a minor tooth filling for another 1/2 month. It's amateur hour at this dentist office. I've lived with it since moving to the area in 2020 because the staff is polite and my dental needs have been minimal. But after today I won't return to Cornerstone Dental in Parker, CO for my dental needs; there are plenty of other, more capable and more professional dentist offices in the area. Unless you are desperate and have no other options, I suggest you avoid this place. read more

This is one of the worst dentists we have ever had the displeasure of seeing. We went there because they were the only dentist willing to take our insurance when we were 10 minutes late for the first appointment we were treated like we were second class citizens. we were finally able to get in to see one of the dentist and the dentist told my 15 year-old son. He needed three root canals and seven fillings. We went because he had a toothache in one tooth. That seemed like too much dental work for a 15-year-old that brushes, his teeth and floss, his teeth daily. We went to see another dentist in Littleton and the dentist told us that the tooth that was hurting not only did not require a root canal. It didn't require anything other than having an occlusion adjusted. I'm not going to accuse them of malpractice or excepting every insurance under the sun and overbilling, and doing unnecessary work because I'm not a dentist. However, common sense would tell you after having the occlusal adjustment the pain completely resolved and we did not have to pay a $2000 charge for an unnecessary root canal. I will let you decide what that should be called When we called to ask about one of the fillings, we were told, my son had been placed on "same day only Appointments. This means that because of a missed or late appointment in the past our status as a patient has been downgraded to someone who's not allowed to actually make an advanced appointment. We are required to call the office every day until one day they magically have an opening that same day. When I question this, the office manager told me if I continue to ask her questions and continue to talk she would call the police and have me arrested... Wow, the office managers name was Sarah she would not answer any of my questions she was rude. She kept talking over me. She was abrasive when I asked to speak with the owner about the policy she refused, she said she would not let me speak with the owner nor would she leave a message and if I continue to talk again, she would call the police. She then hung up on me How this office is in business and these doctors are still practicing medicine is completely Unknown to me all I can say is if that's the kind of experience you're looking for give Sara a call and tell her you would like to personally have her handle your account. If not, I would recommend calling any other dentist even if you have to drive to Colorado Springs. read more

Last year I asked them for pricing for my procedures and they never got back to me. This year it took them three months to get pre authorization from my insurance and they finally called me to get me pricing... after three months... and on top of that they're not open during their posted hours and they do not call return voicemails or answer the after hour emergency line. read more

My wife and I LOVE this place! Going to the dentist usually sucks and it's painful, but Cornerstone takes great care in making sure their patients are as comfortable as possible and in as little discomfort as humanly possible. Diana at the front desk always has a huge smile when we walked in, and the whole experience ends up being positive (which is saying a lot for a visit to the dentist!). Everyone from Jennifer, who did my polish today, to Ali, who did the cleaning, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I also really appreciate Dr. Kwon. She always uses the latest technology and offers gentle and smart recommendations. I'm one of those weird people, who don't like being told what to do, so I appreciate so much being presented with options and being able to decide for myself the best course of action. This was one of the worst dental experiences I've had in a long time, especially thanks to their lack of covid precautions. I went in as a first time patient because I have tooth and gum pain. The office didn't feel particularly clean and no one was going out of their way to wash their hands well before being in my space. They weren't washing their hands before putting gloves on or sanitizing spaces before I used them. While checking my gums, the hygienist was moving back and forth between my mouth and the computer to enter numbers. Their gloves were latex (who uses latex in 2020?) and tasted horrible. I had three different people who worked on me and none made me feel confident in their abilities. After a variety of x-rays, I was told that I have no cavities and just some mild inflammation in my gums. They have no answers for me but said I should go back in a week if I'm still in pain. I've already been in pain for nearly a week. They aren't remotely concerned about infection despite the inflammation. Usually, my mouth feels clean and amazing after a cleaning. The scraping and half-assed tooth brushing was not worth my time. They didn't even manage to floss all of my teeth and didn't offer a fluoride treatment. There's no way I trust these people to touch my mouth again. read more

Unfortunately this has been the most unpleasant experience ever. Trying to reach someone on the phone is next to impossible due to it being sent to voicemail consistently. Many different answers when finding out appt.'s for my kids due to a divorced situation. They will allow dental work to be done with only one divorced parent's consent. They say that can't send confirmations to both parents - terrible customer service. After many messages for the office manager, she was very hard to contact and was very rude and not helpful. I was seen by Dr. Shigeta for both my check up and now a filling. Dr. Shigeta took on the work of a rather large filling that another dentist thought should just be crowned, and the process was virtually painless. He took his time with the numbing injection so that I hardly felt it (on a scale of 1 to 10 being high, it was at a 1), and then he did the drilling and filling which was painless. His work to ensure that the filling didn't interfere with my normal bite was appreciated and despite the scale of the work, I'm eating as normal less then 4 hours after completion of the work. I highly recommend Dr. Shigeta for any dental matters and especially for those that have had painful past experiences with another dentist! read more

Worst place ever! Their hours are not correct as posted and they never answer phones or reply to your voicemail. They didn't update my insurance and billed me for a service that was done a year ago, while I showed the proof of the coverage, they said they can't go back more than 3 months for claims. Went in for my first check up and cleaning this morning and must say I am completely impressed. From the way I was greeted to the exam and cleaning, everyone I dealt with was welcoming and engaging. I am from out of state and was looking to establish myself in Denver. My best friend's family have been going for years and I was recommended Cornerstone from them. They are my family so when they recommended I set up the appointment and got scheduled the following day. I look forward to continuing with Dr. Kwon and the rest of the team. read more

The extended hours really makes this place convenient, but after a couple of incidents with my at the time husband and my attempt to get orthodontic treatment at this clinic I have to downgrade my rating. While I appreciate that the doctors know their limits and are good about referring I decided to move to another dentist. We have asked the administration several times to change the address our bills go to and it has not been done which is a little frustrating. read more

Great service, friendly staff, and overall very satisfied. I have been patient of Dr Choi for 3 years now and the care that I received is exceptional. He is very thorough, gentle, and precise. New patient in June 2012. Office was clean and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to actually care about you as an individual patient. The location is close to my house and provides a convenient option near shopping (Target, etc.). The dental care itself was very thorough and uses some technology that I had not seen before (pictures of inside of the mouth taken in conjunction with "normal" x-rays). Insurance was handled easily and provided estimates of additional charges prior to the work being completed. Overall, I am very satisfied with Cornerstone Dental and would recommend them to others. read more
