The filling came out the tooth was broken. I went to a local dentist who stated that yes the tooth was broken like I thought when I went to the other place to start with. You know it is hard enough dealing with daily life to start with but for me in general I have mental health and physical health issues which complicate it even more so then when I need care I need for the "professionals" to "hear" ME. Sure they acknowledge that you are speaking to them but they do not "hear" you as they have already formed their own opinion and will treat you the way they want not the way you need. I had the local guy yank it out ended up paying out of pocket for it though and that was the only reason I went somewhere else to start with as I did not want to have to pay out of pocket. This experience left a very unpleasant memory that I am still trying to process and heal from on the mental health level. I need to find a family dentist but am absolutely terrified that the one I pick wont hear me like the dentist as Carlisle Pike Family Dentistry chose not to HEAR me and meet my needs per my request. It's so sad because like i stated they got me in quickly, the place itself was clean, the atmosphere was calming but I was not heard. Had I been I most likely would still be using them.

My hygienist was Heather who did a great job. No slips, no pain, very thorough and friendly. She was very kind and patient as I managed my anxiety attack. The dentist was great (sorry, I forget his name). Through & gentle. I asked questions about a new night guard & he was pushy with other services like other dentists that I have used. The office was easy to find, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the overwhelming air freshener usage in the waiting area and bathroom. It made my eyes burn and my chest was getting tight while in the waiting room. Fortunately, I was only waiting 2-3 minutes. But if you are sensitive to air fresheners, this isn't a good place for you unless they make arrangements to use a different entrance. The treatment room was fine. Just normal dentist office smells. I did make another appointment & look forward to returning.

I have taken my kids to Dr. Sicher for a few years now as it has been difficult to get in with…read moredentist in our insurance plan. I probably have had maybe two sentences of conversation with the dentist over these years as he acts like it is painful to talk to you and he spends less than 5 minutes with the patients. The hygenists are friendly and they will admit that Dr. Sicher prefers for the staff to speak with and explain things to patients. The real pain comes with procedures that he rushes through without adequate analgesia and then again when you get the bill. They charge more for procedures than I have seen any dentist charge and you get maybe 1/3 of this back from insurance if you're lucky. They will not hesitate to cancel or reschedule you the day of an appointment and the office staff is not friendly, accommodating, or apologetic when they jerk you around with scheduling even after your child has taken off school for the visit. If you are looking for a personable practice, keep looking as we are doing now.

Sandee has been my dental hygienist the entire time, and I have to say she was originally the reason I continued with Dr. Singh's practice. Other hygienists I've had have left me with bleeding gums and tooth sensitivity. Sandee takes her time to be sure she's done a thorough cleaning and inspection as well as making sure to avoid discomfort during and after the process. I've been to several dentists over the years, and I take great pride in my smile. Dr. Singh performed a couple of bonds to important teeth, and her work is masterful. She really has a developed eye for what looks correct aesthetically. I would trust her with any cosmetic work I may have done in the future. Pricing is honest, upfront, fair, and comparable to other providers in the area. There's an in-house program for people without insurance as well! Prior to my company providing dental insurance, I used Dr. Singh for a year during a lapse in insurance and took advantage of said program. It definitely made keeping up with my dental visits less of a financial burden. Dr Singh's work is excellent and without reproach. She is very agile and takes great care in comforting her patient throughout the procedure. The dental chair is also excellent as it gently massages your back throughout the session. Claudia is also in training to be a Dental Hygienist! She is so blessed to be training under Dr Singh. The cost of my crown replacement and restoration was very very reasonable and I didn't even have to come back for a second appointment! My new crown was made right there on the spot! Dr Singh and her assistant, Claudia, are simply the best! This was a great Valentines Day 2023!!!!!!!
