Eric arrived on time and performed both services in a timely fashion. The units were in decent shape, but the flush of the water heater proved the necessity of annual maintenance for enhancing the reliability of the critical systems. Eric explained everything he was doing and meticulously fine combed through both units. Due to Eric's continued excellence (this was the 3rd time he was here), I plan on maintaining the 'Comfort Club' annual plan with J.A. Bertsch.

So, I call them again at 1 and they have no answers for where the technician was, why I wasn't notified about the cancelation because apparently he called in sick that morning, or why they never called me back earlier. Their solution was to come up in another in 8 days time, ANOTHER 8 DAYS. When I originally made the appointment and during this whole conversation, I made it clear that the (relatively) minor work needed to be done asap so we can finish closing the home loan with our bank which clearly meant nothing.
