Eric arrived on time and performed both services in a timely fashion. The units were in decent shape, but the flush of the water heater proved the necessity of annual maintenance for enhancing the reliability of the critical systems. Due to Eric's continued excellence (this was the 3rd time he was here), I plan on maintaining the 'Comfort Club' annual plan with J.A. Bertsch.

This seemed excessive as I am familiar with the prices of capacitors as I had recently purchased one for another project. I looked online for comparable part prices and found the average price for the exact part they replaced, was $150. So they charged me over $300 more for the part. This is definitely being ripped off! I told them to send it to collections and then they called my wife and threatended her with collections so she paid it because she didn't want to have to deal with them again. I see other reviews about how rude and abusive the billing person is and this was the case when I talked to her. I would never use these people again under any circumstance. I even told her that we had just used them to install a $15,000 heating system and that they should find the tenant or just eat this service which they charged me $50 for a ten dollar filter and $62 for what couldn't have taken more than two minutes to install. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
