I waited an entire day with no return call. It seems the majority of agencies have no regard for our well being nor our needs . Communication is extremely flawed ... They seem to be Self absorbed.... At the end of the day , I left them a message . They really did not seem to care enough to contact me back . I had called early morning. Communication is a must . We need to know we receive the best heartfelt care as well as treatment.... It is so much more than money to us ... need trust ... I was a nurse . I would never treat my patients the way I am experiencing.... Ever . All life is precious and we lift one another up when ever at all possible... Do our best to treat others as we want ourselves to be treated ... Integrity.... Yes , with integrity

New Outlook Home Care has been absolutely amazing with my mom. Every caregiver, the office staff,…read moreand Jeff, the owner, consistently go above and beyond to make sure she is supported, cared for, and thriving. As her daughter living out of state, it can be difficult not being there every day, but knowing she is surrounded by people who truly care gives me so much peace of mind. They take the time to get to know her, treat her with kindness and respect, and always go the extra mile. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for each and every person at New Outlook Home Care. Their compassion, communication, and dedication have made such a difference in both my mom's life and mine. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one.

I wish to warn future clients and employees:…read more -Jill will give out personal information about caregivers to other caregivers and clients about why they called out (how would I know my mom's other caregiver was having issues with her son? Said caregiver didn't tell me and I have proof). Said caregiver has had this happen way more than one time. -Jill will lie about her clients; she claimed my mother would say she didn't want me or my daughter over during her shifts with other caregivers. Then why would Jill or Tanya ask every caregiver, post shift, if we were over? Right after their shift ended, maybe 5 minutes later. Clearly, my mom nor the caregivers lied if the stories were all the same and they did not know one another. -Jill and Tanya intimidate their clients and caregivers. They will issue threats and use their power to do such. Clients have complained to their caregivers about both intimidating them. Caregivers have complained to me multiple times about both Jill and Tanya. They state that the pay is the only reason they remain with the company as employees. The 4 or so others who cared for her after I broke my ankle all said the same thing (and yes, we did go over. That's how I know all of all). - Jill will reach out to you via social media as they seem to find themselves more important than anyone or anything else. -They call during shifts, according to caregivers, and get upset when unanswered. Even though a caregiver could be in the middle of doing something for the client (of whom they admitted are less important than the employees. At least, that was said during a meeting. Keep that in mind, future clients.) -They take caregivers away from clients if the client and caregiver become close. So if you like a caregiver/client and express such, they/you probably won't return once found out. -Sorry, Jeff, Jeremy, and Jessica. You three are great. The other two need to go if you wish to have employees and clients. -They do not understand Oregon law, as I had to call BOLI about my last paycheck. They claim it has to be issued next pay period, not the next business day. Per Oregon law, of which I even knew already. Just called to verify. Why are people in charge who don't know Oregon law? - At least the pay is good, but not enough to deal with Jill and Tanya.

My friend has her grandmother at this facility, and the care has been very poor…read more Just to list a few things that have been shared with me from her experience at this facility...... She was given a prescribed sleeping medication, two times in one day, causing her to have to be hospitalized because she was almost in a coma. And the staff not only was unapologetic, but extremely dismissive towards her issues that stemmed from it. Her grandmother had an infection, was once again prescribed medication, but was not administered that medication for 6 days, causing her another hospital visit. The director is also extremely unprofessional, after being made aware of a report being filed, proceeded to harass her grandmother and tell her that she was going to be kicked out. Causing unnecessary stress to an already concerned family and my friends grandmother to have a worry over her head that no elderly person, paying to live in a facility, to have to worry about. I could go on, but hopefully, you get the jist of my review of this facility, and be cautious about taking any family member you may care about, to be under the care of Farmington square and their director.

But what if the shoe was reversed and it was you dealing with the pain, the weakness, he numbness that is getting worse by the day, but because you feel it is not severe it is not necessary. What constitutes severe? The more I deteriorate the more immobile I become. Not being able to stand for more than 10 minutes, or sit for more the 10 minutes or walk any distance except really to the bathroom I just don't understand how you think this is humane. You would think that you would want to help your members improve their quality of life instead of just pushing drugs upon drugs upon drugs in people. I am so deeply saddened by the lack of integrity, the lack of care and lack of compassion. Especially after years and years of dealing with this, years and years of physical therapy that has not been effective, failed medial branch blocks, failed radial frequency ablations, failed traction, failed chiropractic care, failed acupuncture. This is just horrible patient care. Let's not forget to mention they are denying my ambien for sleep that I have been on for quite some time. I have tried numerous other sleep medications that don't work. I pray that they never need care and if they do it gets denied as well
