These are angry individuals from the maternal side of the missing person who have at every turn put up roadblocks for those of us on the ground, here, physically looking, hiring drone operators, and having volunteers go door to door and hanging flyers, and having others walk miles and miles in the mountains and around lakes. The maternal family did hire a dog handler and he came up with some good information. Ms. Brissenden also was able to get this story on the news throughout the country! I am the Ex in law who hired Brissenden Investigations and was the first person the police département contacted regarding my ex-sons-in-laws dogs. My daughter flew from Philadelphia when we heard that Cannon was missing. The dogs were ungroomed for months and had not been vetted. This has been taken care of by my daughters and I. They are safe and happy where they belong. When Cannon is found, they will go back to him or stay with me. It's not up for discussion. Cannon and my daughter owned these dogs together and when divorced, Cannon asked to keep them, but Jacquie helped him with them. That's enough about dogs. The issue here is that the private investigator is tired of his maternal family putting up roadblocks. SHE WANTS TO DO HER JOB AND FIND CANNON. THEY WILL NOT SPEAK TO HER AT ALL and have been slandering me on facebook which is being addressed legally. Our objective is to find Cannon and it's not a competition. Our private investigator is thorough, experienced, has many new leads from our hard work handing out flyers, getting on the news and more. These one-star comments are from people on the maternal side who are angry but we welcome them to speak with our private investigator or the EX family to work on bringing Cannon home now. Stop the nonsense as it is so disrespectful to Cannon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more PI Services LLC is a HORRIBLE company. Megan and Mark are extremely unprofessional, have no sense of urgency, and will THREATEN you when THEY make mistakes. I paid and sent in my request to have them serve someone on 11/17/2023. Megan didn't even start to work on my file until 03/19/2024, and was finally wrapped up 04/03/2024, almost five months from my initial payment. Throughout this period, Megan missed MULTIPLE of my emails, and I had to always be the one to initiate the follow ups for new information. They then price gouged me without informing me what the payments were for, and requested yet another $40, but not until 06/07/2024. AFTER 7 MONTHS. Mark messaged me directly about this amount, and I attempted to work with them, and see if they would waive this fee, as there was another services I needed, and informed I would use them if they would work with me. Mark then ALSO missed my message, and then sent me a new message THREATENING me if I didn't pay even though he missed the email response I had already sent to him one month prior. While I do understand that the court system moves slowly, it should not have taken this amount of time for them to start the process I paid $340 for, and received such a disgusting amount of disrespect from. There are so many better companies that are out there, that will show you respect, and will actually do the work timely. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
