Also, they did not always open on time, and were not always on premises during business hours, leaving a sign on the door. Myself and others have left, and I strongly suggest staying away until they get their act together.

Not undercover, but that was OK - the place was clean and secure. We took a month-to-month lease and paid by credit card. So today I get a notice that my monthly rate will increase to $111/month! Ouch! Almost a 100% increase - and for what? I called and attempted to talk with one of their desk clerks. She barely spoke english, had a whole lot of background noise, merely repeated (badly) the notice I got in the mail. No clue about "Why?"
