I don't usually leave reviews like this, but people deserve to know who they're dealing with. All In One Moving & Storage promotes themselves with the phrase "In Jesus' name we move." As someone who takes faith seriously, I find that deeply offensive given how this company actually conducts business. There is absolutely nothing about my experience that reflects honesty, integrity, or accountability--values that are foundational to Christianity. Using faith as a marketing tool while operating like this is misleading at best. After my move, multiple items were lost and damaged. I went through their claims process in good faith and ultimately signed a settlement agreement for $1,549. The company confirmed in writing that payment would be processed within 3-4 weeks. It has now been over nine weeks, and I have received no payment and no meaningful communication. At this point, I've had to escalate the situation beyond the company itself. I am in active discussions with the Fort Belvoir transportation office, and this company's handling of claims and failure to pay is being reviewed in the context of their eligibility to continue handling military PCS moves. Service members and their families deserve far better than this. Let me be clear: this is no longer about the money. It is about principle. A company that signs a settlement agreement and then ignores it is not operating in good faith. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action for breach of contract. If you are considering using this company--especially for a military move--I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that will treat you with honesty and respect. I retained legal counsel to send a letter stating that I was going to initiate legal action if the agreed settlement was not paid. The demand letter from the attorney generated an immediate response within a day, rather than the weeks I spent from March to June I spent trying to get a hold of someone at the company by phone messages or emails, none of which were returned in the last two months. A settlement check was issued in early July and sent a week later following the correspondence with the attorney. I have every reason to believe that without the attorney's involvement, no such check would've been issued. Keep a copy of all your correspondence with the company should you have to do the same. I love this moving company! Called on a random Saturday to get a quote from Kari - it was the lowest I had gotten all day - so low that I called back 10 minutes later to make sure I heard it right. It was a large safe move no stairs but on a gravel road. She assured me her guys could handle it and do it all the time. A month later I called back to book the move. Even though I hadn't provided my name she saved my quote and remembered my voice. Quote was still good and booked for a week later. Excellent customer service from what seemed like a very busy office. The day of the move they showed up on time and ready to hustle. Initially two guys came but once they loaded the safe on the truck they called to get back up. Backup showed up within five minutes super quick. They arrived, laid out a mat for the dolly, and busted out the move easy. I was worried about my doorway threshold but there was no need they picked it up every doorway. They placed it where I wanted it unwrapped it and took away the trash! Great service on a massive task that I was dreading. No way me and my friends would have been able to knock this out. Totally worth hiring professionals - and a great rate!! Will go to them should I need anything ever again and will totally recommend to others - no hesitation! read more

I highly recommend the services of All in One Moving & Storage for your next move. From the initial quote to move-out day, the All in One team provided exceptional service and made my moving experience less stressful. Initial contact through Yelp: Weeks prior to my move, I used the Yelp app to assist me in finding moving businesses in my area. I filled out a quick questionnaire that included questions about my date availability, apartment size and the number of items I planned to move. From there, my inquiry was sent to 6 different companies. I received prompt responses in less than 4 hours from all the companies. Some offered very low prices but didn't have great reviews. All in One offered competitive prices and had great reviews. After calling and speaking with their owner (Anthony), I could tell that they were professional and selected them as my final choice. Check-in: Two days prior to my move, someone called me to confirm my move-out time and date. Move-Out day: As promised, the moving team (Josh and Andre) arrived in the timeframe discussed. They called several times to let me know when they were leaving the office and when they were close by. When they arrived, I gave them a tour of my place and showed them the items needed to be moved (I also had donated items that I moved myself). They were pleasant, safe (wore masks) and moved efficiently. From start to finish, they handled my items with care and they arrived to my next apartment that way. Tips: 1) Know it's a 3 hour minimum. Call and ask for the hourly rate. 2) They will charge you for a truck and admin fee. However, you do not have to worry about gas, mileage, dolly's or blankets. Those items and services are included. 3) They will charge for small things like tape. For my move, they used a roll of tape. The charge was less than $4. 4) Deposit is required when booking. 5) Personal tip: Tip the movers. They are working nonstop for 3 hours. It's nice to tip them and offer bottled water if you have it. We have moved as federal civil servants a total of 5 times. All In One Moving and Storage ignores its customers. Kari Osborne, Relocation Manager, provides false information to gain your business, and then treats you like you are a number once All In One Moving and Storage has your money. The movers are careless with your furniture and household goods. When you try to make a claim, Norman Henderson in the claims department does not make it an easy process. He does not return calls, and we literally had to fight to get the claims check for our irreparably damaged and MISSING household goods. Almost all of the negative reviews have been removed from this site. This company is not worth the stress. We regret using them. Find another company. REMEMBER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more

The staff is very unprofessional. They scratched my brand-new hardwood floor and fresh-painted walls (I was moving into new construction), destroyed my furniture, left footprints on a new wool rug, and broke some tableware. When I refused to sign the form certifying that they delivered my stuff safely (forms like this should be signed at the end of the moving process, not at the beginning) they just left without assembling furniture and removing debris. My handyman and I had to assemble furniture together until midnight. Manager Vicki Blankenbaker was not helpful at all. The is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. She was also forcing me to sign documents without ensuring that all items listed had been delivered. Sounds like a scam. Employees like this must be fired immediately. 4 months have passed and All in One Moving still hasn't reimbursed my claim despite the fact I provided all photos of the damaged stuff and receipts confirming my expenses. They just ignore all my emails and calls. Please avoid this company by all means. read more

I do NOT recommend this company! The movers themselves were great! It was a complicated move as I had items in my home and in storage. The movers did an excellent job, pointing out any concerns or prior damage as I took pics. I bought additional insurance for my antique pieces. There was damage to some wood and glass items that they packed - some the movers pointed out and some I discovered afterward. Understandable, it happens, but it has been four months and the damages have yet to be reimbursed or repaired. I have emailed, sent pictures and estimates of replacements/repairs, but have only received "settlement offers" for much less than the estimate amounts. When I refused the offers, I was informed that they were sending someone to assess, estimate and repair the furniture. However, they made the appointment at my old address, and when he told the office it would have to be at the new address - where the items now are - they cancelled the assessment. I don't know what else to do. I purchased insurance but they won't reimburse or repair the items. I would not recommend this company, and will be filing an insurance fraud claim against them and plan to take this matter to small claims court. read more

After researching what was involved in the moving process and reading some marketing on social media for All In One, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did. The communication was great from the very beginning, and Paula kept in contact with me during the entire process. Austin and his team were super friendly and so careful. Nothing was damaged! This, in and of itself, was a huge feat. They de-constructed (and re-constructed) a king size bed with storage drawers and removed several oversize pieces of furniture from a 3-story townhome with wrap around stairs. The men amazed me with the teamwork and how knowledgeable they are about how to move certain items. The walls were spared from any significant damage, only superficial scuffs that easily removed with a magic eraser. Thank you, All In One! I will not hesitate to recommend your services. read more

We recently returned to the Philippines and needed to move our daughter's furniture from her old apartment in Arlington, VA to the new apartment in Alexandria, VA. Our other daughter lives 50 meters away in a Townhome. We received a postcard advertisement from All in One Moving and Storage at her Townhome. We had already interacted with two other local moving firms and was hesitant to give them a call, as they are located in Fredericksburg, VA, about an hour and a half south of Alexandria. They were very positive, proactive and even though I told them it would be a small move, they sent one of their staff named DOUG up to view our things to assist in their quote. He came exactly when he said he would, was in and out in 30 minutes. We found DOUG to be a very nice person, as well as very professional in his interaction with us. A couple of days later, I started interacting with who I think is their scheduler and proposal writer, at least the primary faced to the Public, named HENESSEY. I had a number of interactions with her over about a one week and a half period and decided to go with All in One Moving and Storage. While I decided to go with them somewhat based on the way they quoted the move; their personalities and can-do attitudes was an equally important factor in my decision. I just felt very comfortable with them, and confident that they would take care of me. They did! They sent two movers and a medium size truck up on the morning of the move that arrived on time all the way from Fredericksburg. The two movers were JOSIAH and DEREK. While they were a bit quiet at first, after the first hour or so, everything warmed up and we got along fine. JOSIAH and DEREK were very professional and knowledgeable in the way they prepared and moved our things down into their truck. One piece was the L-shaped half of an L-shape sofa. Took only two hours as they were very efficient and work oriented and time conscious. I was astounded that they could get that large piece into the elevator, but they did. Upon completion, we had an hour remaining before we could get to use the loading dock at the new condominium. We agreed that we'd all get something to eat on the way over, but they showed up right on time at the other location. JOSIAH and DEREK were just as efficient and professional in unloading, unpacking and getting our things up into our new apartment just as quickly as they did on the front end of the move. As it turned out, it was JOSIAH that had left the postcard advertisement in our neighborhood two weeks or so earlier when he finished someone else's move into our neighborhood. My perception is that All in One Moving and Storage was a smaller company than the other two moving companies I got quotes from whose proposals were more bureaucratic than All in One's, charging for every thing possible at 50% more per hour than All in One Moving and Storage. And they wanted to charge from the time they departed their own facility. All in One Moving and Storage did not start their billable clock until they arrived at our doorstep in Arlington, VA, versus when they left Fredericksburg; and, stopped their billable clock as they drove away from the unit they moved our furniture into. I suspect that I paid about 40% less going with them, versus the other two movers. But equally important, I found all of their staff professional, time conscious, friendly and with can-do attitudes. I was especially impressed in my numerous interactions with HENESSEY over the ten days between the quote and the actual move. She was thorough, professional and friendly. ZERO STARS if possible!! BEWARE!!! I do not leave reviews but had no choice in this one. My wife and I recently completed a military, PCS move and contracted the company for the work. Though the individuals packing the house were professional, when it came time to settle for many damaged items on the receiving side of the move, red flags were immediate. The company did not return calls or emails for months. When someone finally answered our call to check the status of our submitted damaged goods claim, we were told to contact someone else. After doing so, we received a letter stating they would only cover a fraction (laughable amounts) on the items needing to be replaced. For example, a company mover unpacking our t.v. at destination saw they had broken it (broken screen amd frame) This was a brand new Samsung 75" t.v. that cost $1800. We were told they would only reimburse $800. An unblemished, brand new surfboard, that cost $800, we were told "The surfboard we feel can be fixed".....from the multiple gouges and holes....only offering $150.00. The list goes on with other goods. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. We are taking the issue to military representatives in an attempt to have the company removed from being an option for military PCS orders due to the lack of professionalism and accurate or fair reimbursement of clearly damaged items that had no blemishes or issues prior to our move. read more
