Beware, the tire that blew was a replacement tire that The TOYOTA dealer in Marina del Rey, CA had put on my new 2017 vehicle after I turned over a parking lot curb at a bad angle. He put on a tire manufactured in 2014. Of course, all my other tires were made in 2017. Just saying. It was the 2014 tire that blew. I had been told by two repair places, one of them a Goodyear tire place, that there was enough tread left for my 8K road trip. As it turned out, I shouldn't have listened.

Not just any vibration in any vehicle but one in an older RV. Going down the interstate the vibration got worse. We pulled off in Stuart and went right over to Gus Automotive. They came right out, walked around our RV and agreed right away that we had a bad tire. Although they did not have the tire on hand, they let us stay in their parking lot and use their tool so we could get our spare on. We were in a really good position to be able to purchase the tire from them and pick it up at a later time. They were able to get the new tire and balance and get it all ready for us at our convenience. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and we were glad that this was the place we changed a tire and not on the interstate.

Called service technician he said tow truck driver never dropped off keys. Once again called tow truck dispatcher she said she would call pettyjohns . We drove to Bethany, MO from where we live North of Lineville, Iowa to say we were on our way. Cody the technician said they found the car in lot. The tow truck driver had told me when he picked up car that the office would email receipt to me Monday. I told him I needed receipt to turn into insurance company for reimbursement. Monday called dispatcher said, "would email receipt in 15 minutes." Waited when no response drove to there office in Lamoni, Iowa picked up receipt. Their customer service is terrible.
