I had a bad def tank on my 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 high country and they were on back order. They didn't know when I would get the def tank so Nate in parts spoke to the General manager and got me a loaner. I've brought my truck into allot of places and they never offered me a loaner . When I asked for one nobody would ever give me one. Karl Chevrolet from my experience is all about their customers. No matter if you bought your vehicle from there or not, they are going to do their best to take care of you! When I got tired of waiting for the back order def tank, they brought my truck on a flatbed to Nebraska and picked up their loner. I couldn't get over there to get my truck so they made a another great customer care decision for me and didn't charge me a dime. They also had to re-do the door which they claimed it had been fixed. I spoke with the owner who became defensive and threatened to undo all the repairs and refund my money. Additionally, he gave me a hand- written receipt which does not contain his business name. I have reached out to him twice and he still hasn't submitted the receipt.
