I'll be honest, the myofascial release therapy was painful for me and I wanted to tap out many times. But Tamara's energy is so soothing I had complete faith in her and made it through. On my good days with pain meds are usually a 5-6 on a scale from 1-10. After my session with Tamara I was at a 1-2, and felt the best I have in years. I didn't realize how careful I've been moving my body to avoid pain, until I didn't need to. It felt cheap and not at all like a spa experience. Overall, I left dissatisfied and wouldn't return. For the price, you expect professionalism, better technique, and higher-quality products. 30 minute massage…read more This was my first visit to this wellness center and spa, and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly right away, and the space felt very clean and comfortable. The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better. She also showed me a few simple stretches I can do at home, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Laura! I'll definitely be back and am excited to try more of their services. The "ring bell" on the locked outside door and a sign that said "professional services only" were a little sketchy to me, but I proceeded to my 30 min massage. The lady was good and didn't talk to me during the massage--- I like to relax and not make small talk. She was cat-like; moving from one side to another and even on top of me. Everything felt really good! This place is by no means fancy, but I enjoyed the massage thoroughly. And it was not overly priced. I would go again- but again, this is certainly not your typical spa.
