I originally was supposed to be taking my car in to have my bumper fixed after being rear-ended, but when I came out to the car and found I had a flat, my car was towed in to their shop to fix both issues. I very much expected to have to get another tire, but Ted was nice enough to patch it for me at no cost, saving me $400. When I came in and asked about how much the tire was going to run me, I was simply told it was "taken care of." The service I had here was great. I felt very taken care of, and that's something I highly appreciate in a body shop. Wish I could give more stars! read more

This is an awesome place with great service. The staff is really nice and helpful, especially George. Had a small issue with my car bumper. I am sure if I took it anywhere else it would have costed me a good amount but George at Corona bodyshop just looked at it, took it inside and got it fixed barely in 5 mins. That too for no money at all. It is a fair place with trustworthy people who are not trying to make money from you. They genuinely want to help and build good relationships with customers. I think my car has a target sign for hit and run drivers in parking lots. Seriously! My poor Civics's rear bumper has been hit on three separate occasions over the years. It still puzzles me how it happens. I am parking like everyone else. Maybe people don't see the silver color? Whatever the case, I've gotten my car fixed at Corona Auto Body all three times. They take my insurance (State Farm), are friendly, and do a great job. What more can you ask for? Well maybe to get your car back within the week, but that doesn't happen anywhere so you just have to wait it out. They also have a shuttle service to drop & pick you up from home if you live close or to the local rent-a-car office. read more

So, lets start by saying how absolutely angry I am with this auto shop. They work directly with my insurance, so I just decided to take it there thinking it would be less of a headache...boy was I wrong. Nobody from the shop has any contact with you during the process, and I had to initiate every single call I've made within the last THREE WEEKS to get the status of my car. I was originally quoted that my car would be done NO LATER than August 4th. Well, here we are, August 11th. Still have not had any initiated calls from anyone at the shop, it's been my responsibility since day one to check the status of my car. I called and complained today, and the girl at the front desk immediately transferred my call to a guy named Rick. (probably knowing why i was calling since NOBODY has talked to me for the past three weeks) Needless to say, he's an idiot. I let out my frustrations, and instead of reassuring me about the well being of my car and the status, he sat on the other end, silent, like a coward. I've read that there has been a lot more damage done to cars while there than when initially brought in. So I told Rick, if my car is not 100% and if there is any more damage to it then when i initially brought it in, i would be through the roof. He didn't reassure me that my car would be fine, but just said "yeah i'm just listening to you" Now, while writing this review I did just receive a call from Rick, and he was sincere about his apology after reading through all the notes on my car and realized I have been treated far from proper. I appreciate that, but when I'll be truly satisfied is when I pick my car up and it is 100% perfect. read more

They somehow always tend to make different damage than when first brought in. I had brought it in due to a car accident on my driver side being sideswiped, and it took over a month to get the car fixed...only to get it returned with tears in the tint on my driver's side/passenger door, the headlights very scratched and missing plastic parts from inside all doors, as well as chips in the paint! Pathetic, this was the second time bringing it in too. Previously I had brought it in due to a worse accident, and they scratched a lot of the surfaces of the inside of the car and took the carpet holders, and the hood stick, holder as well. If you want your car fixed, and getting it back with different damage and missing parts, then this is the place for you! read more

Run, do not walk, away from these people! I made the horrible mistake of letting Geico (worst insurance on EARTH) talk me into having my car brought here. It is now TWO WEEKS later, for a relatively simple accident. They could have built a car by now out of chewing gum and duct tape, by now. TWO WEEKS! Slugs move faster. Dead people move faster! When I tried to talk to the manager, he was so rude! Talking over me, refusing to hear me out. They just suck, in every area, especially with customer service. I have done customer service for over thirty years, and I have never had any manager I have known speak to a customer like that. They are the worst! Do not let your insurance company talk you into this place. They have some kind of trifecta with the companies and with the rental car people, knowing that eventually, you will need to rent a car because they take so bloody long! Horrible experience. I have never had a manager leave me in tears, with the way they talked to me. I should have insisted that my car go to my dealership. Edited: The customer service manager contacted me, and when I explained the problem, they took care of the issues and got my car back to me. The work done was really good. I am still docking them a star, because of the way the shop manager, Rick, spoke to me on the phone. It is simply NEVER okay to be abusive to a customer on the phone, and he may need some training on escalated customer service. But, I have to be fair, and upgrade them because they took hold of the problem and worked to make it right. This is how Yelp should be. read more

This place is terrible! I took my car here to fix up a very minor fender bender after my insurance (Allstate) recommended me to them. Their service was terrible! When I dropped of my car, they didn't go over ANY of the damages with me, they just took my keys, my estimate from the insurance and sent me on my way after signing a couple of papers. I got a call about an hour later saying they couldn't fix my car because of "pre-existing damages" and they had to fix those in order to offer my insurance's "life time guarantee". I asked them how much it would cost to fix those, and they said $4600- that is more than what my car is worth! I decided that this was not okay, and was going to pick up my car, and figure out what these "pre-existing damages" were, because the only damage on my car was a small dent in my back bumper, which was cracking down the side where I got hit, so they'd be replacing it anyways! So I get to the shop to pick up my car. This time I have them go over the damages with me so I can see that the heck they are talking about. Apparently, the dent, and part of the damage that was from when I got rear-ended were not being covered because it wasn't from the same accident. I pointed out that those the damage on my quarter panel was from the same accident, but Mike told me that it wasn't because "the damages were at different elevations" and that "the quarter panel would've been crunched from the impact". Well, the quarter panel WAS crunched (just not extremely because it was a minor impact) and the paint was scratched up between the two spots, so it was clear it was all part of the same hit. He also claimed that they wouldn't replace my bumper they'd actually mend the crack, which I don't trust very much either. So I took my car back (after waiting another 10 minutes or so for them to find my keys that they'd lost), and I asked if I could get their quote in writing because I wanted to talk to my insurance company about the damages to my vehicle that supposedly they weren't covering, because Mike told me they wouldn't talk to my insurance company at all (which my insurance company had told me before I took it in if there were any hidden damages the shop would contact them to go over it). Mike told me he wouldn't write me a quote because the insurance would want to write their own quote, and they wouldn't want to see it. Well that's bull. I ended up taking my car to a different shop (Service King Ontario), and it turns out EVERYTHING was on the estimate my insurance gave me originally! Not to mention the new shop sent THEIR OWN quote to my insurance company because their pricing was a little higher for the work, and it was just fine! If you want HONEST service, DO NOT GO HERE. They just want to take your money, and honestly, with the way Mike said he was going to fix my damages, even if he wasn't trying to swindle me out of my money, I would NOT trust their repairs. If I could, I'd give this place 0 stars. read more

When I got into my recent car accident three weeks ago (through no fault of my own), GEICO called a tow truck and I was brought to Corona Auto Body. It was convenient that Enterprise Rent a Car was there and they helped me secure a rental car while my car was in the shop for repairs. After three weeks, Rick called me to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. He even helped me carry my bags to my car and went over what was repaired and replaced on my car. My battery was replaced, my wheel covers were replaced with new covers, and my car was detailed. It was like a brand new car! The service was great and I had no worries while my car was being repaired. Thank you! read more

I chose Corona Auto Body because my insurance company (Farmers) has a relationship with them and they were suggested after my accident. They did a good job, but I did have to kick and scream to get what I was originally promised. My car had $14K in damages and needed the entire front end replaced. They told me they would detail the inside to get the powder from the airbag out of there. They didn't until I got upset about it. The front bumper was installed incorrectly and I had to go back twice (without taking my car off their lot) before they fixed it right. The body-side moldings were painted really poorly and I had to leave the car there an extra few days for them to fix that. I still have to take it back to have the lights in the door panel fixed. They promised the car would be ready on April 1st. It was ready April 10th. The finished product does look good - you can't even tell the accident happened. read more

I brought my girlfriends brand new (like 2 months old) car into the shop after I crashed it on the way home from Vegas (whole other story) so needless to say I needed this car to be perfect when done. Rick walked me through everything, handled the insurance, and 1 week later my girlfriends car rolled out looking like new. They were polite, professional, timely, and the work was great. The best part however was the car needed polycoat, which you have to wait a month to apply. We brought the car in and not only did they apply the coating, they buffed out every water spot (apartment sprinklers with hard water suck) on the car. No charge! I have repeatedly done business with Corona Auto Body for the past eleven years. Mike Lopez has been there the entire team and is the best when it comes to taking care of your body repair needs. It all started in 2003 when my vehicle needed $11,000 in repairs. They did an awesome job! Periodically, after this repair was complete, I would give Mike a ring for other things with my car and he was ALWAYS there. He would tell me to "swing on by" and they would take care of it. Front desk the female clerk at the left of the counter Shawna (not sure if I was given the correct name or not) but she is extremely rude. Picked up my car after a collision fix from a non fault accident and the customer service received by Shawna at the Front Desk had zero people skills. I sent my son in with a check written to the insurance company which has its own office inside this facility assuming this is where the payment for the deductible would have to be made to. Never been in accident before and I wasn't informed when called to pick up the car that the payment had to be made directly to the collision shop nor that they don't accept checks. Upon my arrival I was given the mean idiotic look as well as the same treatment and look was given to my son while waiting for me to arrive and make the payments. This place fix our car and made over $7,000 and this is how we get treat as a customer?! I choose this shop because it came highly recommended while I could of easily choose a different shop closer to my home and work without having to drive 1 hour. Customer Service is a huge content in today's world and for this reason I would never recommend this business to anyone I work with, family nor friends. Just had my truck repaired at this shop and they did a great job. I took it in on Monday before close and I had it back Thursday before they closed just for a bumper replacement, minor paint job. They were great dealing with my insurance (Geico) they took care of everything with no problems. I had a minor accident at the end of July 2018. I was referred to Corona Auto Body as a preferred repair shop by my insurance company. I was a little alarmed when the final estimate was about $1,000 more than the initial estimate from my insurance company based on photos that I provided to them. The insurance company called me after the repair was complete, and I asked them about the higher estimate. They said that it is typical as the repair shops find hidden damage once they start the repair. The good news is that the additional costs beyond my deductible were handled between Corona Auto Body and the insurance company. The car took about a week to repair that was within the initial time frame provided. I reviewed the repairs with the representative from the repair shop and I was pleased with the results. I've taken 2 my cars here and both experiences were great! Everyone was helpful and professional. Rental car was set up on the spot and delivered to me. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. One of my cars is a Lexus LS460 with the white pearl paint color. That is always a very hard color to match and I was expecting to see the difference. When I picked it up I inspected it up and down!!! It was spot on!!! I was pleasantly surprised and happy! Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more
