I do a lot of my own maintenance and have rebuilt engines when I was younger. I've been bringing my vehicles to J&A for about ten years and they have never lied to me or tried to talk me into maintenance I didn't need. In fact, I brought my truck in as I thought it needed a brake job since it was making a lot of noise. Brake job not needed. Another time, I had a car towed to them as there was oil everywhere. This automotive business is HONEST!!! I went to moss bro's dodge dealership in Riv. They said I had 2 blown head gaskets. I took it here for a second opinion. They found moss dealerships mechanic put in a feature part that would have destroyed my engine. That fraud part would turn off all the fans and overheat my 2010 challenger to early engine failure! It's still a possibility they hurt my engine but 3 weeks after towing it away from moss motors directly here my wife is still driving her car without any blown head gasket just a bad mechanic at moss dodge. They quoted me $350.00 to $400.00 to fix an exhaust manifold leak on my 2017 ram 1500 that should have only been a 3 hour job from what I had been told from other repair shops. Dropped my truck off on a Thursday expecting to get it back at the end of the day, they didn't finish it until the very last minute of the next day and then charged me $700.00 dollars telling me they had trouble getting the parts. I had made the appointment 3 days ahead of talking it in so they had plenty of time to find out if they could get the parts, it's a very common problem on the Hemi engine so they should have known exactly what they would need to do the job. I recently took one of my vehicles here to get service I thought I needed. One of the employees called me to go over what they found after an inspection. It was less than what I requested to be done.
