5 star service! I got repair estimates from 8 different shops and went with Seidners in Corona. They were not the lowest quote, but they were not very far from the lowest quote. When I was comparing their estimate versus the lowest guys estimate, the low guy did not appear to include everything that seidners had included. But I think by far the biggest reason was that they told me 5 days well others were telling me anywhere from seven days to 20 days. And they delivered exactly as they promised. There were no hidden charges. No additional damages found. I did not go through my insurance. This is my second time coming to Seidner's Collision Center. Last time, I was in a car accident and needed my door fixed on my Mustang. Seidner's Collision was recommended by my insurance company for the repairs. They did a good job fixing my 2007 Ford Mustang. Through all of that, Chalmers and the team at Seidner's kept us updated which made a challenging situation bearable knowing we were in good hands. Chalmers went out of his way to work with my insurance company to arrive at a resolution that prevented the car from leaving with mismatched headlights by having one brand new unit, on the affected side, and another that showed signs of age. This place is a joke! We had a minor collision. We drive the car for 2 weeks because they said they needed time to get the parts. I turned the car in on the agreed up date. They had it for two weeks and they finally call to say they don't make the grill for my 2022 GMC Canyon. Oh really it's a new car! Telling me they could only find one in Tennessee and it would take 2 weeks to arrive ok so shouldn't you already have orders this part??? Mind you while I am dealing with truck issue I had a death in the family. He's calling me several times spinning his lies. I'm not dumb. They don't just stop making car parts on two year old vehicles. I called the dealer I bought my truck from. Give him the part I need and he says they are on back order but they have one in stock in Bellflower. I called Seidner's back and said do I need to go to Bellflower and pick up my own part??? The estimate was half what I ended up paying. Not impressed in the slightest! I've heard similar stories from others that have taken their vehicles here. I won't ever come back here and I will tell others my story. They claimed the AC wasn't working because of the accident. AC worked just fine for weeks before I gave it to them. I just don't buy anything they say. Beware!!!! After posting this review I got a message from them backing up all their claims. Not once was I told sorry you had to contact the dealer. We should have taken care of this the right way the first time. All they do is give excuses and cover the many many lies I was told. I will NOT change my review. Went to Seidners b/c it's a State Farm certified shop, which means all you do is surrender your vehicle, go over with the estimators where all the damage is --from then until you get your car back, the body shop deals with State Farm Claims Dept., not back and forth with you. My repair was benign---dent in passenger fender -- but i needed my car back in one week because i'm leaving CA. Already in panic mode, i didn't need another challenge, and that's where Seidners was beyond belief. They kept me updated on when my car would be ready (i never had to call them, be put on hold for a half hour or repeatedly try to chase down the equally busy repair manager). They had my car ready -- actually a day before promised. hopefully i'll not need a body shop again; if i do, Seidners has spoiled me in their efficiency, customer centered operation and quality of their work. any chance they could take on our national healthcare delivery? read more

Had some damage on my Mercedes CLA 250. The other parties insurance was covering all cost. Spoke to Renee and explained everything. They had me come down there just to turn me away saying they are not Mercedes-Benz certified. Total waste of my time. I got the feeling they just didn't want my business. The guy that came outside to look and the damage was stand-off-ish. He told me that they could take my car apart to assess the damage BUT if it was beyond their ability they would put it back together at my expense and I would have to take it some place else. WTF. I should have just went with my first instinct and went to MB dealer in Anaheim. (That's what I did) They have my car and I'm driving a 2020 CLA 250 loaner till my car is fixed. I feel like this place profiled me and decided to not help me. (I know that's harsh but that's how it felt). Complete disappointment. The funny part is on the way home from the MB dealer I got a message from Seidner's. (And I quote) "Hi this is Jessica and I'm calling from Seidner's Collision Center is calling because we received paperwork from State Farm on your Mercedes please call us at 888-722-0088 _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_..." I copied that from my VM transcript I can't believe that. What a joke! Anyway if you have a MB, steer clear of this place.
