So many other companies told me they couldn't get the stains out of my carpet. My dog isn't the most obedient dog in the world and she had come accidents on my carpet. I was refereed to Tom because I live in a high rise and he has a portable machine that could get up to my apartment without being attached to his vehicle. I called Tom and he answered the first time I called. He was very professional, very honest, and since I was so concerned about the severity of my stains, he offered to come out to my house and do a "test spot" to see how likely he'd be able to lift the stains. He told me that if they didn't lift to my liking, I didn't have to pay for the cleaning and he would be on his way. He met my husband the NEXT day while I was at work. My husband said he showed up on time and the guy he brought to help him was very respectful and nice as well. He did the spot tester and told my husband with confidence that he thinks the stains will lift well so my husband gave him the go ahead. It only took him about 45 minutes to clean the carpet. I got home from work and I couldn't believe it. The stains were completely gone and the carpet looked great. Tom was a pleasure to work with. I am definitely having him come back when we do our move out, and I'd recommend him to my family and friends. read more

Tom comes to the rescue again! We had a flood in a tenants basement...coming up from sump pump, shower and toilet...ugh! Tom was right there cleaning, power washing and disinfecting the tiles...and hauling away some of the carpet in the other room. I had a carpet with a lot of animal stains that I thought would never come out. I had tried but there was still a yellowish stain from food. When Tom came out to clean them I didn't expect the stains to come out. When he was done you couldn't see one stain. He is definitely a miracle worker. I had a company out to clean wax build-up off my wood floor that made the floor look cloudy. The company could not do it and did not charge me (which was very nice). Now I have a house with furniture moved off the hardwood floors and still had the same problem. I contacted Tom, owner of Coronado Carpet and Stone, who said he could come out next day around 2pm. The next day he called at 9am to say he could have a look at it now. He came out and tried some products that looked hopeful. I said when can you do it? He said he was very busy, how about 10 days from now. I told him about the difficulty of having to move the furniture back and forth by yourself (I'm 61yrs old). He looked at his schedule, made some changes and said how about 2:00 today! Yes! I was not here when he returned to do the work. I came home and the floors looked beautiful! Fantastic customer service. Tom was very accomodating to my schedule and needs for asap carpet cleaning. We also need porus patio and front yard tile taken care of as well which I let him know before hand. He brought what he thought I needed with him and did some area test spots. Great Service !!! Got Refered by another carpet cleaning company who could not clean my condo because they didn't have portable equipment . Called Coronado Carpet and they were able to fit me in for the same day service . We had some deep carpet stains I was concerned about also when we repainted the walls we had some paint spots . We were given an pretty good idea of what to expect when the cleaning would be done . All spots I was so worried about were gone and most of paint spots as well. read more

We live in a 3rd floor condo, and after calling several carpet cleaning companies who only serviced homes up to the second floor, we were referred to Coronado Carpet and Stone by Brady's. I spoke to the owners wife who was very sweet and knowledgable. They usually only work on Coronado, but made an exception to clean our carpets in South Park. Tom arrived on time, and was super friendly and answered all my questions (previously we had lived in homes with wood and tile floors, I've never had to deal with carpets!) When we moved into our condo the carpets looked clean, after 2 weeks all these nasty spots and stains started showing through. Tom explained that the soap was still in the carpet and that attracted the dirt. His extraction method would leave our carpet residue free. I have to say our carpet and are rug look amazing! Tom was extremely prompt. He showed up at the exact time he said he would be here. He was very professional. My kitchen has the original tile from the 40's and I don't think it has ever been professionally cleaned. He had it looking like new within the hour.
