I had a great experience with David at Monster Steamer Carpet Cleaning. He deep cleaned my couch and two mattresses for a rental unit and did an excellent job. He was timely, communicative, and very efficient. I wish I had gotten photos of the coffee stain he got out on the mattress! I really appreciated how quickly everything came together. I messaged the company through Yelp around 9-10 PM to first get some questions answered and then was able to schedule service for the very next late morning. I would've also been able to reserve it on my own via their website had I not needed questions answered first. Lastly, I was impressed with how detailed and transparent their website is--it clearly outlines each step of the cleaning process for various jobs, which made the service feel very professional and high quality. I would definitely recommend David and Monster Steamer. read more

This is a long due review. David came to clean my carpets on 4/27/25 this year. This is the only job he had on that day. He took his time and stayed most of the day making sure he did absolutely the best job to clean the carpets and kitchen's tables. When he left, our carpets look like new! He gave me some sample books to take home and I picked something out after a couple of days. I placed an order for my carpet over the phone and they got it ordered right away. Shortly after it came in, they called and asked if they could install it on a Saturday. I said "sure". Their guys showed up, moved my furniture out of the way, and got to installing the new carpet. They did a nice professional job, and hauled away the old carpet for recycling. Very straightforward process throughout. The price was better than I expected for a high quality brand of carpet too.

One suggested replacing the furnace, which was not an expense we wanted to have to undertake, one said he'd inquire about a replacement motor but never got back to us, and Adam at Global Heating and Air saved the day!! For a fair price he ordered a universal motor and installed it, and the entire HVAC now works better than before. Adam was highly communicative throughout the process and what I appreciated most was his effort to find us an effective but least-cost solution. He saved us thousands of dollars by repairing instead of replacing. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

We had a great experience with our floor installers and highly recommend them. They were always…read moreavailable to answer questions at any time of the day and kept us updated on progress throughout the entire project. They were on time every day--sometimes even early--and never rushed the process, making sure everything was exactly to our liking. Some of our materials arrived later than expected, but Elias stayed on top of it and continued following up with the company. As soon as the materials arrived, they finished our stairs right away, even though they already had another job scheduled. I also really appreciated that Elias personally stopped by to make sure we were happy with the work. We want to thank the entire team for their hard work--especially Rafael, Jason, and Damian. Great communication, professionalism, and attention to detail from start to finish.
