I had a great experience with David at Monster Steamer Carpet Cleaning. He deep cleaned my couch and two mattresses for a rental unit and did an excellent job. He was timely, communicative, and very efficient. I wish I had gotten photos of the coffee stain he got out on the mattress! I really appreciated how quickly everything came together. I messaged the company through Yelp around 9-10 PM to first get some questions answered and then was able to schedule service for the very next late morning. I would've also been able to reserve it on my own via their website had I not needed questions answered first. Lastly, I was impressed with how detailed and transparent their website is--it clearly outlines each step of the cleaning process for various jobs, which made the service feel very professional and high quality. I would definitely recommend David and Monster Steamer. read more

This is a long due review. David came to clean my carpets on 4/27/25 this year. This is the only job he had on that day. He took his time and stayed most of the day making sure he did absolutely the best job to clean the carpets and kitchen's tables. When he left, our carpets look like new! I had an appliance guy come out and he said my dryer vents were still clogged. He did all the tests and showed me. I called them back and they said they would come back and check it out. After that I never heard from them. I called and called and he kept making excuses and lies. Finally he said call the company and they will send another technician. I talked to the owner on a Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.. everytime he kept telling me to call him back because he was trying to figure it out. I called back twice today and they just keep hanging up on me as soon as I begin to speak, calmly. I just wanted the job fixed, I even asked for a partial refund if they couldn't come back out so I can call another company. Their website states they have no excellent service. Hanging up on your customers doesn't seem like excellent service. Temporarily I had to get a portable vent for my dryer and my dryer works perfect so obviously they didn't do the job right. (Picture attached) These guys are crooks. I would like to see how they respond to this because I have documented all the calls and conversations. This was a big project for my home, so I was careful in my selection process--I contacted three major flooring companies and contractors, but I ultimately decided to go with a team that has over ten years of experience rather than taking a chance with a couple of guys in a pickup truck from Home Depot. My main priorities were quality, getting the job done right the first time, and achieving a beautiful final look. I believe you get what you pay for, and Elias and his crew delivered on all three points perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the results! What really impressed me: Professionalism & Expertise: It's clear they have decades of experience. They knew exactly what they were doing and handled everything with skill. Speed & Efficiency: This was a huge bonus--they even have a special turbo machine, which allowed them to install the solid hardwood floors much faster than I expected. I worked closely with Elias on identifying the project needs up front. We had a very quick schedule of an estimation and Elias came out to my property quickly to assess and measure. I loved the effective communication in which we both met on a deal to proceed with the project. I think the communication shined as it was prompt and we were ready to roll on a project that also had a tight timeline. Elias and I planned out our material, the estimate was clear and included the clear itemized pricing of labor and materials. I also got to choose my own material and color of lvp that I wanted as well. The story continues on how Elias was able to help me solve a small snag along the way. With the deal secured and project dates finalized, Elias was very prompt to inform me that some material was not available and we were fast approaching the start of the project with about one weeks away. I am highly appreciate of the transparency and project planning that Elias had to communicate with me the problem and finding solutions. Elias quickly went to find me matching materials and I'm glad we solved that snag together. For the start of the project, Elias and his team (led by Jesus) for installation were very professional. They were prompt and cross checked for noise and start times and made sure to clean up any debris from the demo and also materials and also parked in a tricky area to make sure their work cars were accessible. I loved how Elias and Jesus were updating me every day of the project on the progress. On days where I could not check nor have someone overseer, they gave me updates and the payment process was seamless. The project with tight deadlines completed on time and the job was done to perfection. Jesus and Elias even cross checked with me the orientation of how to lay the lvp and how i wanted my stairs to be designed and laid out. They really care about details. I was beyond excited to see the transformation and how beautiful the project turned out.
