It is a MIRACLE! I repeat MIRACLE! We had the most awful pet stains from our little fur baby that passed away recently. We thought it would not be possible to get those stains out. But here it is a week later and they are still completely gone. Plus Stephen, the owner, personally came out to do the job on our living room and three bedrooms. The office staff person, Carol, was delightful. She said "if we can't get the stains out, then it is not possible." Well, they DID. Everything about scheduling was smooth, including that we had to change the date once.
