THE MOST WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE + EXPERT CARPET CLEANING SERVICE EVER - Appromiately 3 years ago, we had all our floors and carpets replaced with laminates throughout our townhome and new tan/ecru carpeting in our two bedrooms. Over time, the carpeting was looking dirty and I was intrigued specifically by for a cleaning process that was green-focused and would be safe for our dog, a shmoodle. Within 2 mins of my outreach by text message, I had a firm date/time and price On the day before the scheduled appointment, Alex texted with a note, confirming that he would be there the next day at the time committed. He further shared "I'll text you a 1/2 hour heads up text" and he did the next day. Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry. Alex is really an extremely wonderful, kind and interesting person. Amazing service!! We had a great experience booking with Alex. He was very quick to reply when we requested a quote and his pricing is fair and transparent. When we sent him pictures of our sofa, he mentioned that some of the stains may not come out, but he would do his best- we really appreciated that upfront honesty. My carpet and couches needed a deep clean so I asked for recommendations on a local FB moms group and Alex was highly recommended. I was able to text with him to request a quote and ask some questions, and he was so quick to respond. I didn't want any chemicals or toxic ingredients used and I'm also sensitive to fragrance, and he assured me he uses safe cleaning products and even provided the brand. I booked him on his soonest date which was a few weeks out. He arrived on time and was super kind and professional, got to work right away. I was planning to give him booties to cover his shoes (as I do with anyone that comes to do work at our house as we don't wear shoes in the house), but he brought his own booties/took his shoes off! That alone says a lot. He deep cleaned our two couch sets, carpet on the stairs, an area rug, and a few small misc areas, in a few hours. I had let him know that my carpet is made of wool so he said he would use a lower temp. He was very meticulous and careful and did a great job cleaning everything. Best part is there was no lingering fragrance or smell! His pricing is really reasonable too. Alex was great to work with and we will definitely use him again when we need another cleaning. This review is long overdue. In the midst of a move, my adorable senior dog peed on an white upholstered antique daybed (terribly uncharacteristic behavior!) that I had brought back from Europe. When I brought it out of storage, I noticed a few stains on it from back in the day when aforementioned dog was a baby and chewed on his toy (and his feet). In a lengthy back-and-forth exchange with Alex about having it cleaned, he was hesitant and very (appropriately) cautious about making any claims as to what could be done. He was so honest and so thoughtful in that exchange and ticked all the boxes in terms of eco products that I scheduled with him as the work certainly needed to be done if only for the pee stain. I had received estimates - and promises - from other companies who were ready to make confident claims and charge far more but something about Alex's caution struck me as deeply honest. He arrived on time, was super respectful of the space (which was small and a bit chaotic due to the moving process) and went right to work. He kept me apprised throughout his process as to how he thought it was going and mid-way through, offered to stop because he was thinking that certainly the older stains were not going to budge. Such honesty and business integrity is so rare and so very much appreciated. I asked him to continue and finish as I didn't think anything would be made worse. He apologized (unnecessarily) as he left because the stains had not lifted as much as he would have liked although he was confident that he had managed to effectively address and resolve the recent pee stain. But not only was the cherished little daybed saved from a lingering pee stain (and all that goes with it), the older stains disappeared as well once it dried. (yay!) Anything remaining is so faint that it looks as lovely as it did when it was newly re-upholstered! I was beyond thrilled to have this piece spared a rather dismal fate and super-impressed with Alex's business ethos, the quality of his work, and his clear communication through the process. I don't use Alex super regularly, as allergens had me replacing most of my home with hard floors. However, for the few rooms in the home that still have carpet, mattresses, upholstery, floor cushions, etc., he has done an *amazing* job every time without leaving behind any smells or anything that triggers my chemical sensitivities. Our kapok floor cushions, especially, get covered in dog fur and dust, no matter our regular vacuuming, and about twice a year the sides and back of our fabric couch starts looking a little grey and dull. Alex has them looking clean and vibrant like new. A 20-year-old pillow top mattress looks bright and white again.
