Lee's informed me that the entire engine had to be pulled out to access the area of the seal for replacement. Lee's let me know they do not preform that type of repair. Quality Auto Repair accepted the job, gave us a quote for repairs and scheduled us 2 weeks out. When our scheduled appointment time came, the owner laughed when we said we were there for a scheduled appointment to have the seal replaced. He said they would only be doing a diagnostic that day - no repair. We informed the owner that we have already had a diagnostic for the issue and just needed a seal replaced to stop the oil leak. The owner was very rude, laughing at us as he said again they didn't have time (even though we made an appointment for a repair over 2 weeks ago) and would only be able to preform a diagnostic (which we don't need, since we had already paid Lee's to figure out the issue). To be clear, after Lee's informed us they were unable to do the repairs, we were very clear when calling and making the appointment that we needed the engine removed and a seal replaced. This shop wasted my time and money (time off work, gas to drive there, etc.). Terrible company. Laughing at new customers is not professional. Refusing service after customer being clear about what is needed is not honest. Don't believe all the good reviews out there!

I originally brought in my Corvette running perfectly, needing only a bad fuel sensor replaced to pass smog. Major issues I experienced: *Horrible Communication: A simple 4-hour job turned into an 8-hour wait at the dealership. *Shady Billing: They tried to charge me $60 more for a part than what was on the initial estimate. *Negligent Mechanics: The fuel gauge read correctly and the check engine light was off when I left, but 14 hours later, the exact same issue returned. On my way back to the dealer, my car broke down on the freeway and had to be towed. Now, they claim I need a new fuel pump and crossover bar for an additional $2,300. The service advisor dismissed it as a "coincidence" that it broke down the very next day. I had my car towed out immediately to prevent them from causing any further damage. I spoke directly with Jason, the owner, but reached no resolution. Their mindset seems to be that unless you pay $300 for a diagnostic, they have free rein to damage your vehicle. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. If you've experienced similar negligence here, I strongly encourage you to file a report with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR).

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I called and spoke with Mr. Lopez…read moreasking him if he was able to repair the diff on my car. He said yes. I told him that once the part arrived, I would bring it to him. He said, "Bring it on Thursday. I'm here until 5:30." I called Mr. Lopez on Weds letting him know that I had received the part and Mr. Lopez proceeded to make excuses saying that I didn't set an appt and he has other customers that set appts to take care of, etc, so he couldn't help me. As the conversation went on, Mr. Lopez waivered on whether he would repair my car or not. He then asked if he had quoted me a price; I said yes and I made notes of our conversation. He said, "Oh. Ok." This made me think that he wanted to up the price for the repair. I was confused and I mentioned to him that he had done this same thing to me a few months ago. A few months before, I showed up at his shop to ask him if he knew how to complete a repair on my car. I showed him what was wrong and the next day when I was supposed to drop my car off, he said, "I'm not going to work on your car" and hung up on me. I was confused, but it's hard to find someone that works on foreign vehicles with reasonable pricing. So Mr. Lopez didn't have a reason to not do the work other than, "It's his shop and he didn't want to get in trouble because I said that he has done this to me before." Mr. Lopez continued his rant as I listened to his reasoning which made absolutely no sense, so I told him that I no longer felt comfortable and didn't want him to work on my vehicle. I was in disbelief that I was actually talking to the owner of this shop. Mr. Lopez needs business and customer service training, along with discrimination training. Mr. Lopez, you wouldn't have to worry about "getting in trouble" if you do things the right way. I will never make the mistake to call your shop again.

It's a really long story so long story short I ended up having to pay another mechanic to fix what…read morethis place did to my car... I took it in for a clutch replacement and front coil overs install that's it nothing else because my car is in very good condition I stay ahead of any and all maintenance for it and immediately fix any issues. To top it off I had all parts already inside the car so parts didn't need to be ordered or he didn't have to wait for parts... I was told it'll be 2 days... I got it back 8 days later... I take it for 2 jobs I get it back with it needing 6 things fixed.... I was so mind blown at the shear audacity of the job done horribly wrong that I was not about to take it back after the way I got my car back the first time! It was over heating due to both thermostat housing bolts missing, no reverse lights due to trans harness broken and not replaced but only used butt connectors and spade connectors to make the connection with the trans side harness, trans clutch bleeder valve was left open, trans breather hose port was broken and covered with a red silicon cap, the reverse selector on my shifter was completely pulled out and shoved down inside the shifter boot, my coil over dampener adjustment screws were missing.... So not only did I pay this shop over $1k I had to pay another shop to fix the rest of the stuff that was ruined when they worked on my car.... So in total I was out over $1700.... ‍ worst part is I was never told about any of these issues caused by them.... That's so unprofessional. I know why it took so long to get it back because they were hiding the issues they created and didn't want to pay for them.... Not good business practice guys! Shame on you guys! Be honest you'll get return customers willing to pay good money for honesty!

They kept our van for several days trying to troubleshoot a sensor problem they couldn't solve but never charged me for the time. I bring both cars here for service, checks, and maintenance that I can't do myself. They are courteous and prompt, and I'm always greeted warmly when dropping off or picking up.
