I love this place, every time I have been here everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. Today Marissa helped me find all the supplies I need for my wine/sangria making. She awesome! Great customer service and very helpful.

Has next to nothing. The staff was rude. At one point this was the place to go, now it's the place to skip

The last time I went they had a great selection of extremely fresh yeast, but were out of #6 stoppers and didn't have much of a hop selection.

We ordered the tuna crunch which was surprisingly more tasty than we were expecting. The artichoke bread was a good portion size and also good. Similar to previous reviews, we did think the foos was a bit overpriced but its NYC, so not surprised. Service was attentive. Nice space for larger groups.

My husband and I decided to do the chef's choice dinner and everything we ordered was under seasoned or over seasoned. We shared the shrimp aguachile (you can see in the picture it barely has any sauce or spices), burrata (we had to order olive oil, salt and balsamic because it didn't have much and the tomatoes were unripened), spicy rigatoni (kind of sweet(?)), and the shrimp saganaki (SO salty. It paired well with the sweetness of the rigatoni). For dessert we got the olive oil cake (very dry) and the strawberry tiramisu. I think the best part of our dinner was the service. Our server was kind, quick and attentive.

I spoke to DAN he's the coordinator and we had TWO winery's to go and tour well there as issues with one of them which was fine THE ISSUE WAS we paid for two and the one we went to GAVE NO TOUR, no ONE WALKED US THROUGH, no one was available to even tell us what we were drinking... we had one of our friends pretend to be the host .. what Dan "coordinated" with me was the complete opposite. And when I reached out to him he said he "COULDNT SPEAK TO ME ABOUT REFUNDS" the ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE PARTY BUS AND THEN I FOUND OUT THAT ITS A SEPARATE COMPANY GO FIGURE!!( J&A party bus)I would suggest you look elsewhere where for a tour. DONT FEEL SCAMMED LIKE ME . He said his company/his partner strive for great customer service... that's a joke! I tried calling their office NO ANSWER... Dan said that his partners number and he was on vacation.. over 2000.00 spent and it was the shittiest service ever.. I'll tell you what Dan you should focus more on your customer service rather that coordination. Here's some photos of the lunch boxes and bbq sauce cups you will get as your wine tester ... spend your 2000 else where!

Wine Classes!…read more Squabbie and I took our first wine class at NYC Wine Class. We enrolled in their introductory to wine course, Wine 101. Andrew Harwood (the founder) was our instructor. He's had experience cultivating wine graps in Hungary, France, and California, to name a few places. He was quite informative and helpful. On top of our dessert wine, we had full glasses of 10 different types of wine. The grape variety for the wines included Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, & Malbek. The wine regions included Oregon, California, Argentina, Italy, and France. The prices of the bottles and their Wine Spectator ratings aren't revealed until after the wines are tasted, as to not provide a bias. There are five rounds of wines pairings, accompanied by a type of cheese. The wine pairings are selected to distinguish the contrasting tastes (e.g. comparison of regions, comparison of vineyard processing, or comparison of grape varieties). The class was a great introduction, and has whetted my desire to learn more about wines. If taken individually, the class would have cost $90, but Squabbie purchased the $275 four class promo package (good for 2 years and splitable amongst friends). I HIGHLY recommend this package (http://www.nycwineclass.com/wine_classes.php#256). I delayed taking this for half a year, I can't believe I waited so long! I can't wait for my next class.
