Once that happened, they took me right back and I saw the doctor in like five minutes. I was literally out of there in maybe 20 minutes total. The doctor was kind and professional and the whole visit was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely go back after my experience today. There are too many urgent careers where you are waiting hours and this one also allows you online to go into a virtual queue. I was completely satisfied, especially because I was very sick and they got medicine called in right away that I can pick up within the next couple hours.

What I appreciated the most was....they had top notch staff! I went to visit a Urogynocologist specialist and...the specialist took the time to talk to me without rush. Very very good bedside manner...and even proactively helped me with some issues that I didn't even know I had! I also saw that my ENT surgeon and endocrinologist also moved from UNM Hospital to this center. They are top notch, quality staff! This really made me think that moving to live in Rio Rancho / Bernanillo is a real possiblity for me (never thought about it in the past as I have always thought to best live near UNM Hospital itself). The only thing is..just like any NM healthcare places, the waitlist seemed a little long. When the cupcakes we had delivered on my ex husband's birthday didn't make it to his room, Cecelia stepped in, got cupcakes, a birthday ballon, and sent my son and me the last picture we have of Mike. As he became more incapacitated and couldn't answer his phone when we called, we depended on nurses to go to his room and help him with his phone. When I couldn't get thru to him, I asked for a supervisor and got Cecelia. She gave me her cell phone number and told me if I ever had any problems to call her directly. It was because of her that I was able to have my last conversation with him a few nights before he passed away. If I hadn't been able to have that conversation, it would have been much more difficult to be as peaceful with his death. Since his passing we discovered complications with his Medicaid coverage, so Cecelia and I have had several conversations and gotten to know each other a little. She is the sole responsible parent of 5 kids. My heart goes out to her- but when you think about it, what better than managing 5 kids could prepare one for the supervisory role she has at the nursing home? I will be forever grateful to her Nancy Fischer
